In terms of better story and direction-KMH1

In terms of better support cast-KMH2

Arjun's role good in both seasons but better and more varied in season1

Arohi's role better and varied in season2 did not like her charcater in season1 especially after moving to mumbai- too illogical

in season2 also acting very kiddish and immature till march

Even though I found KMH1 magical , I got more attached to Season 2 and Arjun and Arohi took us through an emotinal roller coaster 👏👏

so for me it is Season 2 .👍🏼
