TOI/HT: Salman visits Nakusha/Sallu plays cupid

It has been a trend for sometime now for actors to come on TV shows to create a buzz for their upcoming films.

It's always a win-win situation as the monotony of daily soaps also breaks when a big B-Town actor makes an appearance on it. Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan made his presence felt on Sasural Simar Ka. Now Salman Khan, who is busy promoting his film Ready, will be seen on two serials ' Laagi Tujhse Lagan and SAB's Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah.

The cast of both the shows were excited to welcome him into their zone. He played cupid to Nakusha (Mahhi Vij) and Digu (Aadesh Chowdhury), on LTL. Informs a source from Laagi, "While he was enlightening Digu on winning over a female, he was asked if going by his dheela character, he would flirt with every girl in the vicinity. To this Salman hugged Mahhi and announced that she was like a cute little sister." This was the second time Sallu was coming on the sets of LTL.

On TMKOC, he played garba with Daya ben (Disha Wakani) and taught the children some moves from his popular number Dhinka Chika. To those uninitiated, Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal has worked with Salman in blockbuster Maine Pyaar Kiya.
