yes here he meant tat his personality is like he follows everthing his family says . i guess navya se hi shadi hogee i have this idea becoz.. baar baar anant k chacha(nimisha k dad) ka apnay ghar walon se clash dikha rahay hain n tat no 1 understands him.. ek scene tha jis main he was asking his wife k saunf ya chaliya mangwayee? , for which she said apki pasand na pasand ka khayal kon rakhta hai.. phr nimisha brings him wat he wanted and says jab tak main hun tab tak apka khayal main rakhungee.. uski maa kehti hai k tm chali jaoo ge tu kon rakhayga khayal kon ayega inko poochnay kon in ki cheezon ka khayal rakhayga!! i guess navya ayege n will take nimishaz place for her dad... and anant itna zidi hai jab uska dil betaab hoga navya k baghair tu khud hi ajayge..plus his baba loves him so much he will surely listen to him.. aur anant k bhai nimisha aur frends tu hain hii na..dekhna navya se hi shadi hogee

aaauuurragar nhi hueee.. agar undono main se kisi ki bhi kaheen aur shadi hue tu i ll stop watch navyaaa n it will suck bad like awl other saas bahu serial jis main ek hi story har drama main repeat hoti hain.. !! plz director of navya plz dont ruin the show!

"The Traditional Anant who will marry the girl his parents choose for him", (according to the interview) is the one we met during the first episodes. The Anant we see now had undergone a character change after falling in love.

Even if he prefer his family over love i do'nt think he will ever get engaged to Shagun. He will find some excuse to escape from Rama bhabi's scheming. Just go through all the articles regarding engagement. Articles has hinted only about the engagement talks and Rama bhabi's plan. No where it is mentioned that Anant "WILL" get egnaged.

Maybe later Anant will marry the girl his parents choose and it will be our Navya only.
