pooja's sisters daughter is Nandani

So Pooja and Nandani have the same blood

Himit is Pooja's husband so he has the same blood as Pooja's and Pooja has the same blood as her sister and Nandani has the same blood as Pooja's sister (her mom)

Himit is Mihir's cousin brother so in a way nandani and Himit have the same blood and Himit and Mihir have the same blood so that means Mihir has the same blood as Nandani (in a way)

And last of all Karan has the same blood as Mihir and Mihir has the same blood as Nandani.................

karan and sahil are cousins so they have partially the same blood and nandini and sahil are cousins so they have partially the same blood but if sahil wasn't there there would be no similar blood so it isn't that gross
