Poor guy is already a heart patient plus a credit card bill overdue. Now add to that hospital bill & Urmila too is suffering from wekness & having fainting spells nowadays. Jitubhai is nowhere to be seen, so who gets the bill? Poor Dhawal! Hopefully Dr. Simran is on call 😆
