This is my first FF, so hopefully you could help me

Arohi is a simple girl, even though she is the only
daughter of multi-millionaire Mohan Prathab Raichand, she wanted to stand on
her own 2 feet and never have to rely on her father.She had 2 brother called
Ayan and Ajay who always spoiled her and let her get away with issues.
It was first day of work; the vivid sunlight from the window woke me up and took me back in
the normal world.
I was energized,
and After 5 year of continuous handwork today she was an official doctor.So in
all the exhilaration she tied her black hair in a neat pony, wore her blue
scrubs and reached M.R.I hospital.
The day stared with routine check up like blood test,
scans, paper work and more paper work.I guess paper work just comes with the
job, she sighed.
6 hours passed in the hospital and yet she didn't receive
her first case she thought
"Maybe tomorrow the day" she said positively.
Seconds later a voice down the corridor
"Dr Arohi there is a patient in the corner room waiting to be examined could is it possible if you could handle this
patient." said a senior doctor
YES!!!! She shouted (calm down don't feel so desperate),
I...I mean yes of course it would be my pleasure. She could not help feeling good
it was her first patient.
She quickly reached the room where the patient was
placed.
Knock knock "come in" the patient said
Arohi entered the room with a cheerful Smile but it
slowly became crushed like as if sharp nail penetrate into her valve making her
bleed wounding memories.
Time froze, there are moments in life
when you cease and look back to see the events that have passed. There are some
which make you smile but the there are others which regret.
He was right in front of me a past that has a name. Arjun Singhania. There was a time when I thought he was for me. I saw no flaws in my
choice; I guess I didn't see.
I don't regret what happened between me and him because
it made me stronger person mentally.
I got my self back in gear I'm a doctor I must to my job,
she inhaled
"Hi Arohi". He said with a remote tone.
"Hi what seem to be the problem"? I replied
in a cold tone
