update was great as usual truly speaking i don't remember complete but that lechu shold not do that in front of others yaar and wheather dev reminds sammy as rads told him about this and if he reminds then whats going to happen A BIG HUNGAMA bcoz he didn't like him in first meeting itself and above that this lechu never ever will change
so waiting for ur next step

Dev looked at both of them, and his right arm went into a fist mode, and soon he started bringing all the energy over , and his veins started showing its prominence, and his lips shivered.

At the same time, Lechu was not in a mood to give up, and the awkward posture of her Bro made her feel little uneasy in front of Sammy.

Dev was about to open his mouth, he saw the reflection of Radhika climbing down the stairs.

Radhika was looking at Lechu and Sammy , and her forehead tightened seeing Sammy, she tried to recollect seeing his face before.

Seeing Radhika , Sammy got up form the sofa and walked near to the step. The second Radhika's foot touched the floor, sammy just held her shoulder with his both hands and looking at her face,, giving a smile: HAI BABHI , how are you? with an extra added sweet smile that showing up his full teeth set out.

Radhika just looked at him in wonderment

Sammy with a smile, and not giving much time for others to act : ethne jeldi bhool gayi!!! hum tho mile the pehle... trying to make her recollect

And then seeing her amused face, trying to bring the situation normal, Sammy: come babhi and sit.

He pulled onto her by holding onto her wrist cornering his eyes on Dev, "kaun jaane, agar maar khana pad gaya tho!!, WahaGuruji saath dena" he prayed hard inside.

Radhika followed him looking at the shocked face of Dev.

Sammy making Radhika to sit, put his hand in his shirt pocket and taking a packet out, he opened it.

Radhika looked at the black thread.

Holding her wrist forward, he tieing the Thaveez in her hand and said: mom said, this will protect you, and keep it tied in your wrist all the time, ok.

Sammy continued, taking his eyes off from her wrist , and looking into her eyes: and tell me, is everything going on well with you?

He noticed her shocked look

Sammy: babhi, mei Sammy hum, the smae sammy, pehchana nahi kya??? and then looking at the side for Lechu to support him, he found the place empty.

And then looked up and found both the brother and sister standing together, with their dropped jaw.

Sammy looking at their posture softly asked Radhika: why everyone in this house is behaving so strange.

"I don't think it is us, you are behaving so strange' Dev's voice came out instantly.

Dev coming near, held Radhika's hand and made her stand and shielding her , then he took charge and asked seriously: who are you?

Sammy trying to hide his uneasiness, with broken words: ethni jeldi bhool gaye kya! abhi tho mile the hum, Sammy.

Dev : that doesn't give your identity? Do you know Radhika?

His eyes fell on Radhika's Taveez that he just tied, he remembered his mom: meri maa, eski zeroorath tho mujhe hei, babhi ko nahi, ab mei kya kahum, yeha se mujhe bechalo.

Dev very patiently : I am asking you something.

Sammy gulping , looked at Radhika and said: babhi, aap madad karona, hum pehle mile heina.

Radhika looked at him as Dev completely shield his vision from Radhika.

Sammy to self: ye tho fayalvan ben reha hei, ab mei kya karum, then rolling his eyes up to look at the ceiling: mei bhi tho kissi se kam nahi heina, mei tho Panjab ka sher hum, mujhse panka le reha hei. Um,

Dev: Mr. Sam

Sammy with chuckled throat: Sammy, not Sam

Dev: um

Sammy inside: why he has to clench on his jaw now

Suddenly regaining his confidence back: I am Lechu's friend

Saying that he looked at Lechu with a hope, and tightened his forehead seeing her wrinkled forehead, Sammy self thought: ab esse kya huva?, till now she was talking like a parrot, and now looking at me like a stranger?

Lechu: Sammy, did you meet babhi earlier!!!!!!

Sammy felt some relief, atleast she said my name , so she remember me , he siad with a smile: heina, office mei

Lechu coming near Sammy, and in a serious tone: you went to office!!!!

Sammy: ha , for project presentation.

Dev turnign looking at Radhika's face : so that day you talked about him only then

Rahdika just nodded her head in agrement.

Dev: oh... dev looked at him head to toe,

Lehcu: then why you didn't tell me???

Sammy in mind: lo, ye bhi suru kiya

But then finding a reasonging , widening his eyes with hope : we met unexpectedy, right babhi?

Dev: ok ,ok, but why you are calling her babhi?

Sammy in a very doubtful but clear voice: i don't mind calling her deedi, lekin..

Sammy in mind: When I become the damad of this house, you will become my brother 'in-law, and then automatically she becomes my babhi, as she is Lechu's babhi, which will be expected very soon, then instead of calling then, i thoguht to practice from now itself, so that I avoid all the confusions later,babhi ko koi deedi bulathe kya? babhi tho bahi hothe heina!! that's all. He said everything in one breath, and giving a long exhale, he looked around for a water galss.

As if understanding his thirsty tongue, Radhika forwarded a glass of water, and Sammy gulped it in one go, and looked at Radhika thankfully.

Radhika looked at Dev , and held his hand softly, to convey to cool down.

Sammy softly but audible to others: i thought you make good coffee.

Dev: um? kuch kaha?

Sammy shurgging his shoulder saying : nothing, maybe babhi ...but then pausing for a second he looked at Dev's face to see his reaction for again calling her 'babhi' and then seeing the calm face he continued with a relief: why to trouble babhi, I am ok.

Dev: Lechu, Radhika, go inside and make coffee, let me talk to Sammy.

Sammy to self: um, koi problem nahi, I can manage one person easily.

Lechu: but Bro...

Dev interfered: Lechu and she saw the serious look, she walked with holding onto Radhika's hand to kitchen

Radhika tried to give a warning look at Dev , to control his over reaction. Dev taking it in, looked back at Sammy and asked him to sit back on sofa, taking himself a place next to him.

Sammy feeling little relief, but with his faster heartbeat sat on the sofa, expecting the questions, but then to feel some relief he asked: so how do you feel working here?

Dev: what?!

Sammy: Actually I had my higher studies from Boston University, but I came back right after my studies, band i know that you preferred to work there , right?

Dev: that's interesting, then why you decided to come back?

Sammy feeling an inner relief: I prefer to be near my parents and in my place, than staying away that far.

Dev: um, interesting, and then pausing for a second he asked: so what was your major?

The guys continued their talk ,wheras lechu was getting nervous in kitchen.

Lechu didn't hear as she was totally in her thoughts.

Radhika: Lechu

LEchu : ha babhi

Radhika: what is he doing here?

Lechu: why ?, walking ear to Rahdika, she held her wrist and showed the taveez: he gave this to you, right?

Radhika: but who is he?

Lechu: that also you have to tell me?

Radhika: I don't know, I just met him at papa's office, that's all I know

Lechu: um, and what did he say that day?

Radhika: nothing much, but he behaved so strangely and thanked me

LEchu: why he thanked you?

Radhika: I don't know, he said because of me, he was able to face papa

Lechu: did he say like that!

Radhika: ha

Lechu with broken words: did he call you babhi that day too!!

Radhika: ha

Lechu: so he knew all of you, uski tho mei and then taking fatser step to the main hall, she mumbled to self: he met babhi, and went to dad's office and never ever told me!!!, I can't believe this, and here I am trying to call him, no emails and no phone calls, and he was ...

Byt the time she reached near the main hall, Dev and Sammy was talking casually

Lechu scremed in and pulling on Sammy's collor: ye, why you didn't tell me?

Sammy , try to hold her hand , but then saw Lechu's wide eyes and firing eyes, and her hand went on tightening his tie knot..

Lechu: you met babhi, you met dad and you even went to dad's office, and never told me!

Sammy trying to calm her down, in a chocking voice : ,Lekshmi listen

Lechu: don't call me Lekshmi, call me Lechu only

Sammy: ok baba, Lechu, lechu leave my collor, let me speak please...

Lechu loosening her grip: um, tell me

Sammy coughing slightly : it was official visit only.. trying to lose his tie well

Sammy to self: Bro ko impress karne keliye tie vie band ke aye the, lekin eska aisa asar hoga, meine kabhi socha bhi nahi

Lechu: what official visit, and you know it , right?

Sammy: ha baba, but

Lechu: what but ??, you met babhi and you never told me

Sammy in trance : what you know, I got big relief seeing babhi there, you don't know how tensed I was, I was responsible to present our project and my full gang was with me, if I lose, I have to get the slap from them too, along with our manager's firing eyes. Acha huva ke, babhi ko tiger ke peeche ki seat mila, nahi tho' but then he paused realizing what he just said, he gulped and looked at Lechu, but lechu was sitting calm, and he understood that it didn't go in her brain, and he moved slightly to the side to see dev's reaction, the color form his face drained away, he slowly stood on his feet.

u know i felt some relief by lechu's behaviour here.i was thinking she will overdue dev but at least a little bit controlled there for sometime
and here dev FULL OF ANGER so he forgot that rads told him calling tiger to surender but now sammy reminded him BETA SAMMY U DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING TO DO NOW OUR DEV prepare for the consequences
really inthis ff our dev is completely different character
