Great discussion you guys have going, Sema and Vrish!👏 It was really interesting to read.

Sema, I too would be interested in knowing more about the Kritivas Ramayan, as all these different sources have many interesting stories, and it also makes it clearer to us where serials and movies get all those smalll scenes which seem fictional to us, but are really famous folk stories in different parts of India.

Vrish, I'm glad to see you active here...I missed your inputs after RF became inactive and then got locked. We did have great times there, didn't we? Remeber that Rakshaskul FC and those contests/games?😆

Lord Krishna and Radharani DID get married. However, it's not known by many. I can't even say google the story of Ayan Ghosh. Cause I don't know what internet shows.
Brahma ji himself got Lord Krishna and Radharani married. The temple is still there and it's in Bhandirvan, near Vrindavan :) I ll post pix since I went there and I hve been wanting to post for long as I told to Lola and Jaanu I think. Didn't get the time.. Will post after exams! :)

Oh and wait, I emailed the Ayan Ghosh story to a friend... here it is:

What had happened was during winter nights, gopis had done a katyani puja to hve Lord Krishna as their husbands.. When their vrat got over, Lord Krishna said I will hve to fulfil their wishes...
Then when one time Brahma ji thought that this person(Lord Krishna) can't be Lord Krishna who eats 'jhoota khana' of the gops/gwals who he plays with and roams around with and Brahma ji said god never eats anyone's jhoot khana so this can't be God..and I shall test him.
So Brahma ji stole the cows n calves of lord Krishna and of gop/gwals who were in the forest and sent them to Brahma lok.. Lord Krishna and the gop/gwals were hving food a lil far away @ that time..
Lord Krishna understood that some incident has happened in the forest. He told the gop/gwals that u sit here and I think the cows hve gone veryy deep somewhere in the forest n I will just go and bring them back..
Then as soon as Lord Krishna reached forest and saw there aren't any cows, in that mean time Brahma ji took away the gop/gwals too.. And so God ran back to the gop/gwals and saw that even they aren't there. So God by his Yog mayas came to know that this is Brahma ji's leela..
Then that time God used his Yog maya. And with that he 'prakat-ed' the same gop/gwals/brij vasis + the cows n calves + even the sticks that the gop/gwals wud use for their cows n calves when they took them in forest from inside himself/from his body.. Which basically meant that now Lord Krishna was everywhere n everything was Lord Krishna..
The same time Ayan ghosh had also come to the forest with his cows. Not with Lord Krishna but seperately. And so, Brahma ji took Ayan ghosh n his cows also with himself. And that is why Lord Krishna made one 'roop' of Ayan Gosh n his cows too... This leela went on for 1year. And Lord Krishna had made all these 'roops' for one year of all the cows, calves, the gop n gwals and hence, Ayan ghosh too.
Within this 1yr, Lord Krishna's various roops got married to those gopis who had kept the Katyani vrat for having Lord Krishna as their husband.. And so also, Radharani got married to Lord Krishna who had taken the form(roop) of Ayan ghosh..
Then after 1yr when Brahma ji saw that the gop/gwals/cows/Ayan ghosh etc. who he had kidnapped n taken with him to Brahma lok, those same are also down on earth ; he went to check the ones he stole n found those same gop/gwals/cows etc still unconscious in his own Lok. That's when he understood this is God's leela only n this person is God only n no1 else. So he asked for forgiveness from Lord Krishna and returned the actual gop/gwals, cows n calves back. So, when the real ones came back, Lord Krishna took the various 'roops' he had made back within himself. And so this Leela also came to be known by Ayan Ghosh. Hence, Ayan Ghosh, Radharani and Lord Krishna are the only ones who know of this Leela along with Brahma ji..

The above story is in this 100 volume books of Bhagvad ji written by Prabhudat Brahmchari. He was a saint who used to go on a boat after taking bath and everything @ 2.30 AM. It was also the time when the 5 brothers - The Sanad kumar used to talk about the leelas of God. These talks used to be heard by Prabhudat Brahmachari and he wrote them in his book. And then compiled his version of the 100 volumes. These 100 volumes have a lot of gupt leelas of God.

Devotees should try and read them if they get their hands on them :)

Ooops. I see about the Radhaji and Ayan Ghosh story being posted already. But Ayan Ghosh was none other than Lord Krishna. Anyways, Radharani never married anyone besides Lord Krishna.

I think the BEST sources for scriptures are only the original ones. Others have more like extra stuff added...

Anku, wow! Yes, I had heard and read about when Shri Brahmaji was taught a lesson and Shri Krishna manifested himself as the Cow herds and gopikas. Didn't know that that was why Aayan was married to Radhaji. This clears so much and makes a ton of sense! Thank you for sharing it with us! Jai Shri Krishna!
