The last episode stops with the doctor saying Kareena is not pregnant and Kareena jumps up happy.
At Chamatkar Bhavan:
Niluji stares at Kareena and she pretends to faint. Upset Niluji shouts at the doctor who tickles Kareena to prove she is fine. Sure enough Kareena jumps at being tickled. Realizing she better handle the situation before Niluji gets on her case, she pretends to be very sad at the news and says the earlier doctors played with her emotions and led to her dreaming of becoming a mother and how disappointed she is. She is sure that Prem will shout at her and beat her if there is no child.
She folds her hands and goes one by one to Niluji, Doctor, Tribhuvandasji, Tushar and Priyanka and thanks them. She then pulls Prem aside and while asking for forgiveness indicates to him to shout at her. Initially surprised, he complies and makes loud threats that his dreams of having twins and being a father are shattered.
Priyanka quickly comes and takes him away. At the car park, she questions Prem as to why he responded to Kareena's request to shout at her. He answers that if he did not, Kareena would suspect him and how because of this incident his heart is broken and cannot be mended.
Kareena comes there and thanks Prem for picking up her que and acting so well. Saddened Prem just smiles and thanks her. Kareena continues talking that now Prem will not face any problem because of her and have to pretend to be her husband any more and that they both are now free of each other. Prem and Priyanka exchange a sad look at this comment.
Kareena asks to be dropped home and is excited that tomorrow will be a new day with no tensions. She quickly runs and sits in the front seat of Prem's car. Priyanka sits at the back and Prem drives away while Tushar watches at a distance in the car park.
As Tushar walks back to his room, he overhears his Thribhuvandasji questioning Niluji on sending Kareena with Prem who will hurt her and that there is no reason for them to be together as there is no longer a child to keep them together.
Niluji believes that Prem has changed and the idea of the child came up just to get Prem and Kareena back together again and Prem's reaction was understandable as his dreams of children were rudely broken. She points out that since Kareena is happy why should she say anything.
When questioned by Thribhuvandasji as to how she knows that Kareena is happy, she points out that Kareena went happily with her husband which she would not have done had she been unhappy. But Thribhuvandasji continues to worry that Prem may be violent.
Hearing all this Tushar gets upset that his parents are concerned about a person who is full of lies and cares for no one else. He vows to expose her in front of everyone really soon.
At Kareena's house:
Kareena changes to the salwar she left in and comes home where Dadu and jiya argue over a chess game. Excited Kareena hugs her mother and offer motichoor ke ladoo to Jiya and Dadu. At this dadu says he too brought motichoor ladoos from Tribhuvandasji's home when they went there on meeting again. Dadu mentions that there was a baby shower (godh-bharai) going on and he enjoyed it till he was disturbed by the rude person he met earlier (referring to Tushar), who spoiled his fun of seeing the entire marathi ceremony. Kareena asks him to forget it.
Dadu then asks her where she got the sweets from; Kareena quickly says she bought them from Pandey sweets. Dadu thinks that they taste similar to the ones he got and assumes that Tribhuvandasji too must have got them from the same store. Kareena is uncomfortable about the lie and agrees.
At Chamatkar Bhavan:
Tushar thinks about the situation with Prem, Kareena and Priyanka and is convinced the three are tied in this together and tries to analyze the situation.
Just then PKji comes and offers to assist Tushar resolve what he is thinking about. Initially unsure Tushar then takes up PKjis offer. He tells him he was thinking of a movie story his friend is planning and narrates the story of a heroine who falls in love with the hero who in turn falls in love with her. After that the heroine tells the hero she is married and separating, and the hero accepts her as he is a nice guy, but the twist is when she announces she is pregnant by her husband whom she dislikes. PK ji says the movie will flop as the heoine is creating too many problems for herself unless there is a 3rd person involved. At this Tushar recollects Prem coming back as a reformed Mr.Sood. He is convinced that the villain of the story is Prem.
At Prem's house:
Prem is dejected and tries to play basketball unsuccessfully when Priyanka comes there. She motivates him that he can still turn the game around to his favour at this point. He ought to take advantage of the fact that Kareena's family approves of him and as they are unaware of Tushar, Kareena cannot blame him if they fix her marriage to Prem. Priyanka suggests that Naina ( Prem's mom) take the proposal to the Sood's.
Thrilled at this idea Prem scores a basket and decides to go ahead with this idea.
At Chamatkar:
Kareena is at her desk when Tushar walks by and she calls him. He comes close to her and listens Kareen say that owing to the pregnancy their relationship suffered and now as there is no pregnancy they should have no distance between them. To this Tushar very romantically says there was never any distance and she only has to call and he would come running as Mr.Sood did. Kareena wonders why Mr.Sood came in the picture to which Tushar says –just as an example. He then tells her I have some news to tell you at which her face lights up, but he tells her that he would tell her after making an important call and dial's Joy and discusses his meeting with Priyanka who he refers to as his very good friend so that Kareena hears it.
Unable to control her excitement Kareena tries to interrupt his call to hear the news he wanted to tell her when Tushar rudely excuses himself and leaves her. Upset Kareena walks back to her desk and bumps into Thribhuvandasji. On being questioned by Thribhuvandasji she says Tushar was troubling her so she would too, and goes away. Thribhuvandasji looks skywards and is amused at them.
From her desk Kareena calls Tushar's office. Hearing the phone ring PKji walks in and wonders if he picks the phone it would blow up as in an English movie. Finally he picks it up and before he can speak Kareena says " I want you to know I love you and will only marry you and if you want to marry me you must come here". Hearing this PKji faints thinking someone was telling him this.( His shocked expression was so funny here)
At the restaurant:
Tushar hands Prem a purse containing a Mangalsutra and Sindoor dabba and explains that these are Kareena's and he would like to return them before marrying Kareena so that he is not reminded that she was ever married and he should not feel as if he broke someone's home to settle his own.
He also says that he thinks Prem has changed for the better and then quietly waits for Prem to bait him. Prem thinks to himself that Tushar is walking into a trap by believing Prem has changed and Prem pretends sadness that Tushar is playing with his emaotions to get him to react and Tushar can then complaint to Kareena. He assures Tushar that he indeed has changed at which Tushar is convinced that Prem is the villian of the story. So he tells Prem I will step away from the picture and you and Kareena should get married again and he will take the responsibility of convincing Kareena and all Prem has to do is show up. Tushar then tells a hesitant Prem that he was Kareena's husband and will be again, but the marriage ceremony must be a secret between the 2 of them. Reluctantly Prem agrees.
At Chamatkar:
Tushar gently asks Kareena to sit and then tells her the only solution to the issue is – marriage. Surprised Kareena looks up at him.
