He picked up the ears of the bunny on the blue night dress top. She was wearing a blue pajama and t-shirt. The t-shirt had bunny made on it and its ears were drooping.

Geet slowly became sober. She looked into his deep brown eyes. They were still, lying there in eyelock. Breathing together.

Their trance was broken by her phone buzzing. He saw her face loose color, it became pale. The bright sparkle in her eyes suddenly became dull and hollow. Maan immediately gained his composure and got up. He rubbed his temple in anguish. Geet got up and received her phone. She talked in monosyllables. Maan looked at the time it was 2.00am. He ignored asking. He turned and lied down when she was still on the phone. He thought his action had made her so sad.

Sab bahar gae hai. Geet bhi. Aapka khana lagvau?

Sab dinner k liye gae hai?

He stopped, thought for a moment. Geet bhi gayi hai?

Geet sat in a corner in the disc. The sound was deafening. She loved dancing but not this way where everyone is rubbing into each other. If she had friends she wud have opted to be there. She had excused herself from NT to sit and watch them. She had been to disc with her friends but at early hours not so late and that too never on a weekend night. She was sitting in a smoking zone which was making it more troublesome for her. She was getting bored. So she sat there texting her friends.

Some random guy approached geet and offered her to dance. She refused politely but he was not ready to leave. He kept flirting. Slowly it started becoming nuisance. It was becoming difficult to avoid him. He was crossing his limits. Ultimately geet got up to leave. The man followed her. She scurried thru the crowd. He followed. She was searching for Dev and NT.

Hey it just one dance sweetie. He held her hand. She snapped and pushed. This time she was quick in her movement. She moved thru the crowd which was in dance frenzy. She was getting nervous with each step.

Someone caught her hand and pulled her behind in force. She hooked her elbow with full force on the man's stomach. Aahh. He yelped in pain. She struggled to free her hand with her free hand all her attention focused there. Then she heard the same voice from back right then. Hey y r u running? All I said was a dance.

She looked back at the voice. The man flirting was behind her. She looked up to the man she had hit and was still holding her. Maan was all she cud utter.

Maan held the man's hand with one hand and twisted it. By that time geet circled both her hands around Maan's neck. She held close to him. Maan left the boys hand. Geet was still hanging on him. She was breathing very fast. She hugged him tighter. He cud hear her heart pounding. Maan didn't hug back initially. His fingers were trembling. He moved his hand to hug back then withdrew. Geet still hugged him catching up her breath. Her fingers clutched his shirt. Maan cudnt resist any longer. He hugged her back. Held her tight in his embrace.
