Does Ananiya look four months Pregnant?

It has now been more than four or five months since this serial was started. In a very first episode Ananiya was inseminated, so this mean Ananya is pregnant of more than four months. Does she look four months preg?
No vomiting or morning sickness problem with her?? strange!
No doctor checkup, No vitamins etc? ( I think she is an Ideal Preg. woman who doesn't have problems like that)

i dont think she is 4 months pregnant in the show- i think the elas writers go by a slower clock 😆 😆

ya we may think she's like four months, but in the show they may show her as just a week 😆

no ananya never looks like she was ever inseminated

well some people dont have any signs till 7 months maybe thats what is happening...

I agree..😆 And anyways, people don't 'show' by 4 months, only 5-6 months..

she lost her memory may be.. thts y she dont know she is preg.. 😕 😕
