Scene 1 ' Horse race

A horse race is going on and a person named Thapar who is Shalimaar's owner is watching it with Binocular. He is excited about his horse Shalimaar that he will win but a person sitting beside him tells him that don't celebrate your victory before the result because everyone is aware of the horse's anger. Suddenly the rider falls down and so falls Shalimaar, everyone is shocked. A girl shouts Shalimaar's name worried and a person from the backside says Good job Cyrus. Cyrus seems to be in pain and the crowd is upset for all this. Naina shouts that she wants to go inside as the horse must be in pain and needs her. Her mother consoles her saying that they can't go inside, she can meet Shalimaar when he comes in the farmhouse.

Scene 2 ' Farmhouse

Shalimaar is out of control and a man named Charan is trying to make him calm with but nothing works, his left hand is broken. Naina comes there and brings something for him and Shalimaar is quite. The man seems to be happy and tells her that he is OK with her only. Naina says that he is just like her big brother and asks him that how he got hurt to which he replies that Shalimaar became violent and so he got hurt. Then Cyrus is shown with Thapar explaining him that he is not guilty for loosing the race but Shalimaar has gone mad, previously also he has harmed three trainers and now Charan is the current example. Naina is listening to all this quietly. Thapar touches the horse and he pulls him away so he falls on the hay. After getting up he says that this horse is of no use now and so will be killed. Naina pleads him that he can't do this to which Cyrus interrupts and says that a maidservant's girl is teaching them now what to do, his 13 years riding experience tells him that these horses can never be cured so he should take a decision. Thapar tells Charan that next week he will take Shalimaar to his Panwel's farmhouse and without even completing his sentence he confirms that the horse will be killed. Naina pleads but nothing works and Charan is speechless too. Naina says that Shalimaar is her and because her father was his trainer, she spent her childhood with him. Naina's mother is speechless too as they are servants and no one will listen to them. Suddenly Naina sees a newspaper cutting thrown there with KD's picture on it and headline that he saved one more innocent. KD's background music is played and Naina is relieved.

Scene 3 ' KD's office

KD and Jhilmil are playing chess and Jhilmil loses. Naina comes there and dictates everything to him and her mother is also there. KD explains her that he understands her pain but he fights only serious cases like murder etc. Naina says that they are going to kill Shalimaar, he is like her elder brother and she will not let this happen but if KD will not help them, Shalimaar will be killed. KD tells her that this will not happen, he offers to give his friend's number who is expert in fighting such cases to which Naina reminds him that he only said that if anyone is innocent then it's his responsibility to prove that, and after all doesn't matter that innocent is a human being or a horse. KD looks at Jhilmil who is smiling impressed by Naina's words. KD is about to say something but Naina gives him a clay model in which she collected money from years and said that he can keep this as they can't do anything else. KD takes that and smiles.

Scene 4 ' Court

A male lawyer was dictating the crime and said that Shalimaar is not a horse but a death running on four legs. Thapar is standing in the witness box listening to him. He dictates that the horse has broken the farm house's wall and attacked three trainers in previous 9 days and also his owner Thapar. In the race he was responsible for the fall of his jockey Cyrus Dastoor. Something is to be done otherwise this horse is going to kill many people. KD is sitting quietly and the judge asks him if he wants to say something. KD gets up and speaks that he wants to say but is confused because Advocate Randhava has talked about the horse in such a way as he is talking about a serial killer but he has come here to save a horse. The advocate replies that KD is forgetting that the horse is his client Thapar's and he can do whatever he wants, the judge agrees but says in animal rights boundary and they can't do anything without proving the crime. Advocate is speechless and KD smiles on him. KD asks Thapar that is it right to kill someone whether it's a human being or animal? Thapar replies that they all are making him villain without any reason, Shalimaar is a very good horse and he has spent a lot of money to take care of him. KD says that he has also got a profit of crores from the horse to which Thapar agrees and says that Shalimaar's exit will harm him the most not Naina or anyone else. KD says that if he proves that if Shalimaar is fine then he will not kill him to which Thapar says no and adds that then he will kill his jockey Cyrus. He corrects himself and says that because of him only he lost the race so he will throw him out of the duty. KD calls Cyrus in the witness box. He plays the race footage and tells that Cyrus had a very bad fall that day then how is he alive because people are on wheelchair if they are alive also but Cyrus is fine. Cyrus says that he is lucky that he got some scratches only and nothing else happened. Advocate gets up and shouts that Cyrus would have broken is bones to which KD says that he didn't get much hurt because in the race course that place is where soil is very soft and if rider falls there then nothing will happen to him. KD asks further that how much weight was recorded on the day before race. Cyrus replies that it was 54 kg, KD tells that on the previous day his weight was 51 kg then how did he gain 3 kg weight in just one day? Cyrus is speechless and KD proceeds saying that he was wearing protective padding on his body due to which his weight increased. Advocate gets up and says that if a jockey wears padding to protect him then what's wrong in that and he has faith if he wouldn't have wore these padding then it would have been a reason for his death. KD says that Cyrus already knew he is going to fall and so he increased his weight because no jockey can increase it's weight as this can lead to defeat. KD shouts that Cyrus had planned that he will not even complete the race and will make Shalimaar fall at the spot. Cyrus is worried and says he didn't knew all these and is speechless. The clock strikes 5 and judge says that the next session will be held on 18^th.

Scene 6 ' Lock Up

Naina's mother is arrested and KD is with them in the lockup. Naina is crying and KD tells her to come with him as he has to prove her mother innocent too.

Scene 7 ' Court

Maya madam dictates the story this time. She says that Naina's father was killed due to Cyrus's careless activity and so she took that revenge as well as the current one. She tells that first she pleaded him to save the horse but when he refused she killed him serving a poisonous coffee. KD gets up and says that she is wrong because the poison was in the sugar cubes which Cyrus had dropped in his coffee and shows the forensic report.

KD asks Thapar that he has heard that income tax officers are after him to which he agrees and says that they tell he has given low tax. KD produces the notice that Thapar had received, it had a stuff that this year Thapar had earned a lot of profit without any loss which is good but bad if tax isn't given. KD continues that Thapar made a plan to lose the last race to get rid of income tax department. He asks him about his loss to which Thapar replies that he had a loss of 4 crore and 30 laks. Thapar says further that how is this connected to Cyrus's death? KD explains that Cyrus was to say that he did all this on someone's order and so his mouth was shut forever. Maya asks that Cyrus had profit in falling down but what profit the horse had? KD says that the horse was made to fall by the rider's action. Maya shows a footage in which the rider pulls the horse's control to make him fall down but Cyrus didn't do that. KD says that Cyrus was made to fall by leg's action. He calls stable boy Charan das in the witness box and first asks him about his hand. He showed the saddle and it's interior part with those green spots which were of any wild bushes which are called Thorn apple in English. He explained further that Cyrus did all these and whenever his legs rubbed the saddle, Shalimaar was mad in pain. Maya tells that Shalimaar is out of control then also when no one rides him. KD replies that horse's smell capacity is very strong and whenever he got the fragrance of Thorn apple he remembered the pain and was out of control. Judge asks that how did the smell reach there? KD said that someone planted them in pots outside his stable, he asks Charan Das that was it him who did all these? Charan said that Cyrus told him that this smell makes a horse calm so he did this.

KD asks him that did he see anyone else with Cyrus to which Charan pointed his finger towards a man, he was the same one who saw the race and Naina with Shalimaar hiding. He comes in the witness box and KD tells him to give his complete information to the court. He tells that he is Ramesh Chera and he plays bet on games. KD tells that he knows that Ramesh had a profit of 23 crores from the race. Everyone is shocked. He asks further that how did Cyrus had to get from this amount? Ramesh says that Cyrus himself contacted him and said that he will make Shalimaar fall down in the last lap of the race if he agrees to give him 5 crores. He agreed and knew that Shalimaar will fall down in the race. He says that everyone does invalid things to earn money now a days. KD again asks that did he kill Cyrus to keep the 5 crores with him? Maya gets up and says that why Chera will kill Cyrus if he was able to make a lot of profit from him? Ramesh tells that he should ask this to Anil Naidu because of whom Cyrus was tensed. Anil is in the witness box, KD asks him what's his cell phone number to which he replies 9224347589. KD asks him that why did he call Cyrus last time before his death, Anil replies that he wanted Cyrus to become his horse's jockey but he disagreed and so after losing the last race he thought that Thapar will dismiss him so he called him. Maya again gets up and says that coffee was made and served by Naina's mother but not these suspects. She again says that KD may have taken this case to 10 directions but it's control is in her hands. KD says that she may be having the control but, he stops and thinks something looking at Charan Das. He again calls him in the witness box, suddenly his phone rings and he cuts that. Judge tells that phone must be on silent in the court. KD asks him that who called him to which Charan replies that his brother called him who is cook in Dubai. KD says that he wants to learn to cook Arabian Biriyani so can he ask his brother?

Judge says what nonsense is this? Charan says that the call was not from his brother, KD says that he knows this and wants to know who that person is. He calls the person and switches the speaker phone on. A person Shaikh Ruslaan speaks and narrates everything which proves that Charan did all this on his order. KD speaks and says that Charan Das can't sell the horse to him because he is himself going to be sold, thank you very much. He asks Charan in how much cost the deal was finalized? Charan replies that 2 crores. He said that Thapar wanted to kill the horse so he planned all this for profit, he accepted that he only killed Cyrus. Naina's mother is freed and Naina thanks KD and hugs him.

Scene 8 – Naina with Shalimaar

Naina is playing with Shalimaar and is very happy. Thapar comes there and says that Shalimaar is retired now and Naina will take care of him, he gifts Shalimaar to Naina and she is more happy now. KD returns the clay money collecting box to Naina and tells her to buy a good gift for Shalimaar. At last Jhilmil asks a riddle from KD and he answers it. That's all.
