Pushkar has come to Bani's home to give her a pep-talk regarding her "Disastrous" marriage with his former mentor and now enemy Jai Walia! Pushkar is under the assumption that Bani is totally miserable in her marriage and wants to give her moral support. This act has Bani and Pushkar sitting in the living room, right below Jai and Bani's bedroom. Jai is in his bedroom changing for Office and only his voice is being heard!
Pushkar (With a suitable mournful, puppy-dog look) : Bani, mein jaanta hoon tum kitne dukh se guzara rahi ho…
Pushkar and Bani are sitting in the living room below Jai's bedroom, Bani is sitting looking sad and crestfallen…and as Pushkar is about to continue, Jai calls out from his room;
Jai (Shouting at the top of his voice) : Bani, mere socks nahin mil rahe hai…kahan rakhein hain?
Bani is distracted and tells calls out to Jai;
Bani (Politely) : Mr. Walia, aapke cupboard ke right hand corner mein rakhen hai…jahan roz hote hai…..haan, Pushkar bolo, kya bol rahe the tum…
Pushkar (Gets the tempo back) : Haan, mujhe pata hai kit um bahut dukh se guzar rahi ho aur mein tum se kehna chahta tha ki…
Jai (Shouting again) : Bani, yeh toh grey waale socks hain….tumhein pata hai ki mein har Friday sirf black waale socks pehenta hoon…..woh kahan hai…
Bani (Looking embarrassed) : Ek minute Pushkar……Mr. Walia, aapke black waale socks dhone ke liye pade hue hai…aur waise bhi aaj Thursday hai. (Looking back at Pushkar again) Haan Pushkar, bolo kya keh rahe the…..
Pushkar (Distracted and trying to recollect this thoughts) : Haan, who mein tumhara dukh samajhta hoon aur kehna chahta hoon ki….
Jai (Shouting again) : Bani…….
Bani (Now really embarrassed and looking apologetically at Pushkar) : Ek minute Pushkar…..Haan ab kya hua Mr. Walia…..
Jai (Sounding Happy calls out again) : Mil gaye…….
Bani (Confused and turning away from Pushkar calls out to Jai) : Kya milgaye?
Jai (Again happily) : Mere black waale socks……
Pushkar (Looking bewildered and lost)
Bani : (Totally ignoring Pushkar and calling out to Jai) : Magar aise kaise ho sakta hai, woh toh dhone ke liye pade the…..
(Looking very confused and worried that how could she make such a mistake regarding Jai's laundry clothes)
Jai : (Sounding thrilled that he scored a point over Bani) Chalo, ab mere paas ek toh shikayat hui tumhare khilaf Mausi ko batane ke liye….
Bani (Calling out to Jai, sounding crestfallen) : Zaroor aapne hi kuch kiya hoga….
Jai (Now sounding upset for Bani) : Arre tum toh bura maan gayi….mein toh bas tumhein aise hi ched raha tha…
Bani (Looking partly miffed and partly shy and calls out again) : Mr. Walia, aap bhi na…subah…subah…
Jai (Sounding mischievous now) : Subah…Subhah kya…..meri pyaari patni…..
Pushkar looking increasingly uncomfortable and wondering what to do...
Bani (Now blushing and coy, calls out flirtishly to Jai) : Accha bataiye nashte mein kya khaeenge?
Jai (Now totally in a Romeo mood calls back again) : Tum toh zeher bhi khilogi, toh who bhi kha lenge hum….
Bani (In a totally patni type tone ): Shubh Shubh boliye Mr. Walia, zeher khaye aapke dushman….
Jai (Now in his typical dark, witty tone) : Pushkar? Arre us bechare ko zeher khane ki kya zaroorat hai, Pia se shaadi kar ke toh woh waise bhi mar chukka hai….(Laughs on his own joke!)
Bani (Giggles) : Mr. Walia aap aur aapka sense of humor, dono hi unique hain….
Just then Bani notices that Pushkar is standing besides her completely dumbfounded and speechless….
Bani (Very graciously and sweetly and with complete surprise) : Arre Pushkar? Tum kab aaye?
