ZOMG! I was thinking THIS EXACT thing! Mujhe lagta kuch toh bath heh... I mean come on DIVORCE LAWYER from a CRIMINAL LAWYER? This suggests that something had happened which made Daksh become fond of divorces. And the fact that Abhi said 'this is something only us two bhais know' seems to me like something happened between Daksh and someone else. Perhaps he fell in love? And And... the girl he liked had to get married to someone else and he was too late and he resorted to divorce law so that in the hope he'll get their divorce done? Something like that? I wish SSBN producers will look into this and unfold this raaz as soon as possible! So excited! :D
