Chandu - a simple guy from a middle class family, whose parents have seen a dream for him, sees a girl on road and falls in love with her simplicity and innocence. He forgets everything else in her love even the resolve that first he will fulfill his parents dreams. He doesnt know about the family of girl and he proposes her for marriage.
Niupama, a girl from a drought stricken village, who comes to city for her father's treatment. She is supposed to be innocent, simple yet determined. Though her character is still a mystery as she behaves with people as and how she likes and seeks from them.
The same girl who had taken a resolve to not marry for her father, falls in love, with a guy whom she knows nothing about, except his name. She even accepts his marriage proposal, while her father is sent to mental asylum, so now she is not even ready to wait for her father to be cured.
And then, one night, the two innocent, simple people, who had a cute love story, sleep together.
Wow, i mean this is not something which would be expected out of a sanskari gaon ki girl, and even the situation was not like they got carried away.
Now i see where this story is going, Chandu will die, Niru will be pregnant and Sarja marries her, then gradually love blossoms.
Amazing, i still comdemn this, coz this is against the cultures of our society, and something totally unacceptable.
How did Niru trust Chandu so blindly? what did she know about him? he could have been a con-man acting as a nice guy, just to sleep with her? and how can a girl go all the way, when her father is in some asylum? this has no explanation.
