Kripa CANNOT testify!!

I know logic and sense seldom apply to Balaji serials....

But THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW.... If the lawyer cross questions the wife abt her husband in court... He can be fined for contempt of court....

According to Indian Law...... No wife can be ever called to testify against her husband.... Even if she is an eye witness to the crime...

Ekta has already shown illogical things like Sex determination of the foetus and A man justifying his action of raping a woman.... And she has landed into trouble with the women's groups...

She might land into trouble again.... If she shows something that is unlawful....

According to what the lawyers said today, the peon will be brought in as witness to the rape!
I think Kripa has shown a LOT OF RESTRAINT so far inspite of all proofs pointing against Angad---the peon, the bloodied shirt, the scratchmarks----worst of all the false forensic report and Angad's confession! I wonder how a wife would feel learning that her husband brutally beat up another woman!
I guess some women would applaud their hubbies for beating up a woman but I hope Kripa wont! Then I would lose respect for her!

ekta and the rest of balaji thought maybe they could "recreate" that scene with Kripa testifying against Angad for the killing of Josh conveniently "forgetting" this time that Angad and Kripa are married😆
