Looks like Starplus wants to rule the town ..
Good for them so they are pushing shows to other time slot and making room for shows to air for 45 minutes..
Also read that SGP is under scanner Maybe post IPL there will be many shows axed..

I hope they give concrete content for viewers for those 45 minutes, .. of air time they wish to give the evening shows which are doing good during IPL
Whatever they do they have been trying to build up somthing after their axing Bidaaii at no 1 spot and also it was so consistent post leap.
Even if RS had opted for another time slot even earlier one it wud have worked.
maybe all this shuffling would give us season two of Bidaaii and hopefully a continuation of Angini story and a new Taashi story !!

Bidaaii being axed when it was doing exytremely well the weeks Anmol was focused and Angini story and Alkeh Saakshi story had gotten a good audience was extremely unfair !😡😭

Wat to say after axing bidaai on a high for their prestige it seems all has gone haywire for starplus.

They have been unfair to the show and actors ….9pm slot got a new show replacing one who has got added loyal viewers though taking a leap ..

Till date the show is still struggling to at least get a good rating after 5 months bidaai ended..

A prime time show but not up to the mark to the show it replaced.a risk taken by SP but it seems backfired .

Now another prime time show going directly in the afternoon slot..to say its a DKP production same which has produced bidaai..at the end we can say good storyline..characterisation..good acting skills attract the viewers same as in leap bidaai anmol's character and the usp of the show captured the audiences interest from the day one..

Back to square one for SP ..do changes and new strategy to bring viewers back to the channel for the prime time slot..

How much will this work?..next TAM rating will say it all..

One thing for sure I think bidaai will remain unique show for SP to have ended on a high..no other shows that have been axed or will be axed soon have not been able to repeat history of bidaai esp after leap..

Hope after IPL with new shows in pipeline SP brings bidaai 2 back with most logical way ..continuation story of where they ended to tashi story later..recall value still high for the return and may be SP gets its loyal viewers back for the prime time slot..

😆 I tell you Saveeta These channels have become like school teachers giving marks basically grades which is audience response...

I hope they value what Bidaaii gave even with tough competion like KBC and BB since the relaity shows were at a peak that time inspite of that Bidaaii's flavor stayed post leap and people recognised a new pair of Anmol and Ragini.

So distinction leye hoyee vidhyarti ko new phase mai lana chahiye !! and i am sure they would work on it otherwise the channel will get a lot of down side with students who are not performing well
Just my POV to see the realitic side of whats happening with Starplus !!

@shanti..we agree or disagree at the end its the one who has remote in hand and watching on TV that give the final verdict for the daily soaps not the net /YT ones...
PH.channel do know this and SP is great example for strategies..
strategy axe a show doing great in trp.may be they thought others will follow suit but its their bad luck shows they were banking on did not pull it out and did not got accepted by viewers..
now SP giving more time space for two shows..may be good srategy for them but wat is more important is wat the storyline-tracks offered to the viewers..if its not catchy a 15 added mins might not be doing wonders..
lets see if its a win win situation for SP..they are smart though not bringing any new show till end of MAY...

Putting a show to be axed soon on afternoon slot is no new strategy it is a very old strategy, but axing a show on a high is a new startegy which seems rusted now forever as Iam yet to see a show ending on a high or ending at no.1 on the Tam charts.
RS said about Bidaai that they ended the show before audience lost interest in it. Okay Iam on the search for the next such show. I think RS should follow the same example with all his remaining shows as once shows cross 3 years they should end on a high before audience start losing interest no matter whether the audience loved the new jodi or Tams and Tvrs were high as SP has many shows in the pipeine and they will need slots once IPL ends.
I think the obove mentioned reason is why Bidaai ended as after sept 2010 Bidaai's tvrs and tams were picking up and news was there about Bidaai ending and the slot was already given to the next show.

@bold
Rekha I agree with all that you said..

I think also that Bidaai post leap was not focused too much with promos initally and when Anmol's side of the story started they did just one promo maybe..
Yet the audience interest rose..
If they had to give his side good focus they could have started earlier and teh 4 months span balanced it well

Now no show will end at a hogh or as you said all shows running 3 years should end at a high ..
Now after IPL there will be new shows also the duration of teh show should be 10 months to a year coz again an overlap will happen for next year

So basically audienbce will never get the shows axed at no1 position infurture and they will be in teh 20th rank

Only Bidaaii had such a fate

I hope RS knows what the criteria SP is following.. and also see what happened with the post leap when viewers accepted Anmol and Ragini's story but got less footage and get them back for a new season and definatly having Apurva and Parul creating such characters which had a lot to discover
