So Kesar opens up one of his letters to Gulaal which he never sent. He had written that he wants to hurt Gulaal Just then, the dumb bimbo aka Talli comes in and snatches the letter. Once again Kesar gets angry (I don't blame him actually, maybe next time his hands should be round her neck...I kid 😛). Then he says sorry, little bit of childish running around till they both see Gulaal standing in front of them. Those 20 seconds made me want to forgive the Talli overdose simply because of the effect Gulaal has over Kesar. Her sheer presence made his heart drop... and he was just mesmerized through no fault of his own 😳 Gulaal seemed a bit uncomfortable seeing the two. The tension was palpable but honestly the way he looked at her was *thud*. MUST WATCH moment (unfortunately it wasn't long enough to be a scene :( )

PRECAP: Kesar drinks alcohol...most probably because Gulaal decided to celebrate Dushyant's bday.

I would really like to interpret the scene like the way you describe it but frankly speaking i did not see it like a 'Thud' moment . i saw two children caught with their hands in the candy jar style . Very Weak Response. I would like to know if others also saw it your way. I think i expected more from KESAR for GULAAL . KESAR according to me is going to end up losing whatever respect and love people in the family have for him because of his antics.

@ritukaprithvi: Really?? Because even from Kesar's expression in the cap Lennie posted, its obvious that it wasn't a 'I got caught' expression :s

If it was two kids who got their hands caught in the jar then I'd expect Talli to give a similar response to Kesar's but she was fine.

Enough of the reckless Kesar who roams around carelessly! I thought he has a job on hand? Get on with it!

am happy i read the signals wrong here, ( i want KESAR-GULAAL together more than anything ), i was trying not to read too much in to the scene and later get disappointed ( i am attached to both of them). so glad he really did show emotion.

The story is opening with two new tracks hence the script writers are being catious and slow( so as to not make any blunders and to tie the loose ends carefully).KESAR-DUSHYANT track is an important one here hence slow.
