We see simran is inside an office inside a hospital talking to sumitaji doctor:
Doctor: So Simran, you wanted to talk to me.
Simran: Yes, I wanted to talk to you about one of your patients, Sumitra Seghal.
Doctor: Yes, a brilliant success she was in a mental trauma for 20 years
(can't remember exactly sorry), in which she relieved her whole life including the past trauma. She is much better now, unfortunately she was recently diagnosed with mouth cancer.
Simran: Which is what Dk has told me… Are you completely sure with your diagnosis that there is nothing that can be done?
Doc: I am sure that
Simran: But from what dk told me, I concluded that the cancer was still at an early stage and auntyji is still not showing any symptoms. How could you have made a diagnosis stating that she has very little time to live?
Doc: Are u criticising my medical judgement,
Simran: that's exactly what I am doing, I am going to tell dk to change doctor, first of all and sew you for grave medical misjudment and poor attempt at saving a person life. You are not god Doctor Patel to decide when a person will die!!! If I remember correctly a doctors job is not to say when a person will die but to keep that person alive for as long as possible
With this she gets out, turns around, says "this is not the last time you'll still hear from me" gets out slamming the door. Doctor behind is pale, sweating.
Simran is at Kanaka house, sumitraji is out but pori is in. Seeing her come in pori is shocked:
Pori: YOU, how can you still be here, what are you doing here?????
Simran: Well, dk baby has told me that there was a certain very sticky pest infection in his house, so I told him that id come and sort it out.
Pori: How dare you talk to me like this, I am going to marry your dk baby soon when I do, I make sure that you will never, ever set foot in this house again!!!!!!!!
Simran: Now you listen to be you *********, I tell you this, for as long as I am in India , you better watch out, I waited my whole life to get revenge from you, and now I got the chance, YOU better watch your back everytime, you turn, get in you car, go shopping, because I am back and believe me I'll make ur life hell.
Pori pales but thinks "we'll see about that simran, we'll see"
