Rangeen Shyam

Inspired by Set-Raj's Kavya Sammelan, I decided to try my hand at poetry

The next week on CB we will see Radhika trying to remind Dev about the childhood--but (i think) Dev will not agree to "marry" Radhika right away---so this is my way of depicting Radhika's feelings---

Ye shyam rangeen hogi, sanwaare ke sang batein hogi

Yadeein purani yad dilayenge hum, phir se khilenge prit ke rang

Shyam rang me rachenge hum, bansuri ki dhun me ghul jayenge hum

Par,---

Shyam ki raat hui, kale badalo ki aahat hui

Aur sawan ke sang bahe gaya, shyam rang

Ab,---

Yadeein purani sang leke chalenge,

Prit ki dor se bandhe rahenge

Shyam ki asstha sath rakhenge,

Aur ek din---------Kya khilenge phir se asha ke kiran?

its like a dream with so much deeper meaning and i can visualize our Radhika .. she is standing , looking up at the fastly moving clouds,

the wind is blowing, telling it will be raining soon

may be a flash of lightening...

but Radhika, her eyes are fixed on that thick dark cloud

I can hear her asking the couds... and

I want her to dip in that syam rang...

as her spirit is already immersed in his love...

Aur ek din---------Kya khilenge phir se asha ke kirane?

---aur jab vo khilenge thab honge saree duniya rengeen ...

i can see her eyes widening with happiness,

I can see her flackering lashes ..

yes she is happy, and this whole world will be colourful for her eyes...

love it so much... Thanks for sharing and let it flow smoothly from your heart just like this...
