I think you wrote to Star Plus. They are an offshoot of a Multinational Conglomerate Run by Rupert Murdoch. They sit in their ivory towers, and want to be in good books with their bosses in the US. The Indian operation is their side business. The top bosses are the decisions makers, and the lower 'chamchas' feed them rubbish, and they think they are doing great as the US funds them. When things go wrong, all they do is hire and fire. what incentive is there for better work, if one is not appreciated, and does not "Thank You".

This is the reason you do not get the reply, as the job is done by some one at the lower end of the ladder. India Forums is on the other hand a forum kept active by volunteer members and they are interested, and so it is ACTIVE.
