Varun, I know how much you like Tapasya and I have no such favourites but I am commenting on what we have seen.
Yes, Tapasya did not actually pull him onto the bed that is true.........but a girl who invites a boy into her bedroom at night, then drinks too much and collapses on the bed without making sure that Rathod has left the room cannot claim rape...........besides if it was rape then why does she not remember and even more so do you know what happens when you are raped................she would have known the next morning...............so now we can only assume that maybe she did not invite him but neither did she object.
Rathod is to blame yes to an extent but again that is subjective as he was invited into her room........he is taking his responsibility for the child isn't he and he is offering to marry Tapasya........he does not have to marry her but he is .............so I don't think he is such a bad person.
rathod is a bad at all but i know he is one introduce as interesting part in uttaran... he is responsible for a girl at this condition..
har boy ek jaisa nahi hota koi kya kisi ka aisa faida uthata hai jab koi ladki kisi par bharosa karke apne ghar bulati hai.. u know on that time tapasya is full over depend on rathod and rathod is like a boss of tapasya who earn money by rathod.. but rathod takes the advantages of all this situation, u says rathod is a good person and tapasya is a characterles then I did't agree, never never never!!!
