Just got to know thats the director of the show wasim sabeer has quit the show for unknown reasons, is that the reason for the down fall of the show which was quite evident when the maha episode aired last week it was more like a filler everage episode ,

Does anybody have a clue here ........... JAYA wake up

s***...that's sad! Are you sure?? I mean there are always these stupid rumours...if a show doesn't work it's mostly because of the story...not just the director... and Maryada will work really well in a 9 pm slot...it's got everything going for it! And the mahaepisode was superb!
Hope he hasn't quit...the show's going great at this point!

SP we luv maryaada pls don't quit. We have silent fans. Lot of people watch in our country. I hope show will go on.

Am checking. I hope this is not true...Waseem is a big part of why the show is as good as it is...even during the lows.

I dont believe this. Maha episode was very good. at this point of time show is doing well.

@media_man7...your news is unfortunately true. 😒 He is taking a break to work on other shows and writing his own films. I for one am very disappointed. Waseem did an awesome job on the show and the lack of his touch was very evident during the time he was on vacation followed by the trip to Macau for the SPA. Not sure what happened here but I wish the old team remained in place. The new 11pm time slot gives the show a chance to really move up in TRPs and such changes in the core team at this point is not good.

Nothing good ever comes from someone on the core team leaving a show...i hope they find a good replacement!!! the thought of maryada ratings going even more down..and then perhaps being pulled off air?! ahhhhhh!

We need to think strategically here guys. Waseem's loss will truly be felt...😳. Those who appreciate good movies and shows will understand the importance of a good director at the helm of the ship. Waseem did a fabulous job with this show. Wonder if some good old fashioned halla bol will make the channel understand the importance of the core team in this key juncture.
