Comforting character of CID......really nice thread
Of course our trio....their presence always makes me comfortable....when I feel sad I just think about them or just open the laptop & watching some sweet moment of them & that makes me sooooo happy😃.....they r just enegy booster ....I never think of CID without my trio....today if u ask me what character is important for me or as u say "COMFORTABLE"....I cant choose anyone of the trio........Before Beheroopiya I thought that I only like Abhijit sir in CID...but I was wrong.....& after watching that episode I realize Daya sir is also important for me as Abhijit sir....same feeling for ACP sir after watching Blind ACP sir ....There is lots of moment in CID which r really soooooo good & more or less everyday I try to watch those wowest scenes....that refresh my mind & I forget all the problems not only that CID inspires me a lot specially ACP sir & Abhijit sir & when I see Daya sir one thought come in my mind "He is the real definition of friendship"....I think that's the speciality of trio....actually they r complement to each other...without one another is totally incomplete & all these feelings r comforting for me....

Yes, I agree. It's different when there is Daya or Abhijeet around.

When Sachin or other young man is around the team does not look strong. Also, when there is that person (forgot his name, one is afraid of ghosts), the team does not look strong...

I think its because rank-wise it is:

(1) ACP and that funny post-morton doctor
(2) Daya, Abhijeet
(3) Person afraid of ghost
(4) Sachin, other young man, and 3 ladies including that post-morton lady-chemist

Satam sir's calm smile , Aditya sir's magetic eyes, Daya sir's caring

attitude... - together comprise my comfort factor.

Whenever I feel sad, these these flash in my mind's eye.. I know when one among them will be in peril the other two will rush to his help immediately.. Whenever one is missing I feel like something is wrong & as soon as they come together I feel " comfortable"...

I know it sounds a bit cliche.. but I can't think of CID without any one of them..

(3) Person afraid of ghost ( Su.Insp. Freddy )
(4) Sachin, other young man, ( Vivek ) and 3 ladies am not sure about whom u refer to as there were many lady officers on the show ) including that post-morton lady-chemist ( I guess u mean by Tarika )

I couldn't remember the name of these people as I have fairly recently started watching CID (although CID existed 50% of the time of my entire life!!).

But as you have said all these characters play an important role. In fact I really like Dr. Salunkhey's acting since he is the one who makes no direct attempt to introduce comedy but his way of acting, his face and expressions are humorous. Some cases may be solved without Daya or Abhijeet but perhaps most of the cases would not go further without Salunkhey.

Regarding Freddie, he should get the award as the best supporting-CID inspector. Vivek is not that build-up like any other men but perhaps being in the CID is not all about muscles.

For some reason, I really like Tarika (though this name sounds a bit odd). Her acting is very natural and her presence makes forensic team complete. Her eyes have some magic in them (a but like as if she has just come out of dream - dreamy eyes). No wonder why Dr. Abhi has soft corner with her.

Most comforting character in CID.....

Now i didn't remember from which episode i started watching CID..... But from that movement only i become a fan of Daya sir.... Its increasing day by day... And now its on the stage of madness.... But ya then too i can not say that he is the only person who gives me comfort when i think CID....

When i saw TRIO on screen its just a waw situation.....

Then i rank our Duo's presence on screen....

Now a days when i saw the sachin, kajal, vivek and freddy working in upsens of our trio... I always wonder that may be they creat some mess... (sorry if i hurt some one its my feelings nothing else)

I would describe our trio as

ACP sir..... The tough leader with perfect combination of fatherly emotions.....

ABHIJEET sir.... A endless rage for criminals.... With the combination of sharp mind....

DAYA sir..... A combo of tough body and sweet heart..... True friend.....

Don't worry I also feel the same. Today's tv has become a haven for handsome and beautiful people. Sachin probably comes in that category. However, although Daya is handsome he gets more points because of his commando like body, polite and humble face and activeness.
