No, he did not. He was pretending to be a school going kid. In this disease, a person's mind grows but not bodily features.

I personally know one person, who suffers from this type of disease. His friends had nicknamed him "Chhota bachcha".

Once some of my friends (including me and him) went for trekking on a hill. We all had our bags with essential items. The rest of us were finding it easy to carry our bags but, for him, his bag was to heavy. Then I offered and carried both his as well as my bags.
