Though the actress may think she is a part of Dostana 2 , the fact is, it's only Katrina, Abhishek and John

Tarun Mansukhani's much awaited sequel Dostana 2 went through what most Bollywood relationships traverse. First it was confirmed.

Then, we heard it was shelved. Finally, the verdict is out. Mansukhani revealed, "Dostana 2 is very much on. The film stars Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Katrina Kaif."

Though Tarun Mansukhani is once again a happy man to have got Dostana 2 back on track, Priyanka Chopra who catapulted into superstardom with the first, may not be smiling this time around.

Recently, at Madh Island where Tarun Mansukhani and Priyanka Chopra looking hot in shorts were shooting together for an ad film, the actress did not shy away from asking the director to accommodate her in the sequel as well.

An eyewitness told us, "Priyanka and Tarun gelled very well during Dostana. And that day at Madh Island, Mansukhani was also acting in the commercial. So, the camaraderie had increased. The actress grabbed this opportunity to ask him for a role. 'I hope I am doing something in Dostana 2', she asked"

"The director had no other option but to smile back," added our source. Priyanka Chopra seems to have misconstrued that one smile and is reportedly, going around claiming she is a part of the film. "Though Priyanka has been going around saying that there is something for her in Dostana 2, the fact is that there is nothing till date. Apparently, she wrongly took Mansukhani's smile for a 'yes'," said the source.

Explaining why Tarun could not directly tell Priyanka off, a source close to the film told Mumbai Mirror, "Tarun couldn't tell Priyanka anything concrete. It wouldn't have looked nice.

Also, Karan Johar may decide to have her in the film in some manner? But as of now, it is certain that there is nothing at all for her in the film."

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh now i don't know if i will watch this movie or not

PC was perfect for the role n she would have done a great job

n Katrina can't even act (my opinion, don't get so angry) n i don't think she will look good with Abhi

Hmph. I don't believe ANY of this...just last Saturday Katrina was asked about Dostana 2 and for the first time she said 'I don't know' when before she has been saying its happening. As for PC being in the film, she'd definitely going to be there, I am positive. And lol @ the ppl saying they won't watch it😆
