Aamir Khan has been listed as one of TIME magazines 100 most influencial people of 2011. Here is the blurb:

He deserves it! 3 Idiots has not only become the highest grossing film in India, but also the highest grossing Indian film in USA and Taiwan! It is still running in Taiwan!

His TZP has been made a part of curricula in universities in Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal to educate parents and teachers on dealing with children suffering from disabilities. Of course it's impact in India and subcontinent is well known.

Lagaan is still being listed in greatest films of all time, by various international publications.

RDB was included in curricula of Indian universities like IIM. It was screened by organisations in USA, UK to inspire students to participate more actively in their communities.
