Takurain has an axe to grind and is thoroughly in the mood to drive SS up the wall when she enters their boudoir. Want to venture a guess why she came storming in as he was finishing a business call? You won't need three tries, give it a try. You got it! It's about her favorite member of the family' Pratigwa. The love she extended to her bahu at the hospital has again receded into the dark corners of her mind. She has arrived with her serving of kitchen politics to fill SS in with her latest tales of woe. She knows SS may not readily buy into her tall tales but when did she ever give up on her chance to rant about Prats's magical powers over Krishna and the looming threat of the family izzat going tel lene.
She drops the bomb on SS😲..There's a Mard in the Takur Kitchen🤔. SS is surprised too. Takurain accuses Prats of doing her hocus pocus to get Krishna to do her kitchen duties. She spins a yarn in spite of eavesdropping in on the young couple's conversation in the kitchen earlier. She desperately needs to stay busy so she stops meddling in people's lives. She laments that the ungrateful Prats is out to ruin the family reputation after all they did for her after the shooting. Takurain, if you didn't want to why did you?
Takur SS patiently listens to her tirade before he chews her out for laying every family problem at Prats' feet. "He is my Baba and I know whatever he is doing it bec' he wants to help his wife who is still healing. Every time you appear here it's all about kitchen politics". Takurji, by now you should've realized Takurain's purpose in life is to make the mards in the family happy and make Prats's life as miserable as possible. There's not much else in her life to engage her, no hobbies and no social life either! Bad combo!
SS has had enough of her ranting "You spoiled him rotten so now live with it. Brilliant performance in the way he mimics Takurain "he will get sunburn if he goes out"👏You can't accept him today bec' he is changing." E leo Takurji! Aap ke mukh mei ghee shakkar. SS rubs it in reminding her again that Krishna is growing up all bec' of Pratigya. Senior Takurs interact by annoying each other with information they rather not hear. SS reminds her that every father wants to see his son stand on his own two feet and now that Krishna is pursuing that path with honesty he is going to help him with a loan he has promised to repay. Way to go Takurji!👏
Takurain predicts that Baba has a cat in hell's chance to make a success of his business and warns SS not give Krishna any money even by mistake for he'd borrow the money like he has in the past and never repay it. Some kind of a mother who'd rather her not see her son succeed in life! She thinks Krishna's going to blow all that money on his wife's jewelry and make-up. Is Prats joining a drama group somewhere that she's going to need all that makeup? Maybe she wants Krishna to spend his earnings on her. Yo Takurain! in your zest to pin the whole kitten kaboodle pareshaan in your life on Prats be wary that you could alienate your Baba too. Stop being a control freak and a saboteur of your son's happiness. As a mother terrified of seeing her son spread his wings and fly high, you don't mind clipping his wings so he stays helpless and needy. Such tactics will alienate Baba and the very thing you feared may come to pass.
SS is a shrewd man and knows his son well. The mancub admires and values only two members of his family, his Dad and his wife, Takurain is a distant third far out of sight when it comes to his decisions in life. We've seen him consider her behavior as being nothing more than pastime notanki and a nuisance. SS believes Krishna's financial independence could solve half the family problems. Not if Takurain doesn't want it to end. The everyday notanki is what keeps her going. How come she has no friends who drop by or call her? SS sees truth and honesty in Krishna now, so he intends to help him stand on his feet and become a productive member of society. She storms out only to see Kesamma hovering by the door to her bedchamber.
The freeloading Kesamma doesn't waste a moment in filling Takurain's head with more poison against Prats. But for a moment, just a moment, Takurain is on to her toxic tales "you are talking too much" she pushes back defending her family. The nag doesn't let up. She pushes all the right buttons fanning the flames by adding some visual images to make her case and points to Krishna holding Prats's hand outside the kitchen. SDS's bitterness and rage at Prats resurges and she struggles to contain her welling emotions that registers on her frigid face as she flushes with colors and looks like it's about to explode.
In her hatred for Prats she is so blinded she doesn't see Kesamma as the one pinching the baby and rocking the cradle all at once. The houseguest is Surpanaka (from Ramayana) and Saguni (from Mahabharatha) rolled in one with a singular purpose to ensure she lives like royalty in the haveli for life. SS may rue the day he brought this freeloader into his home to ensure his potha made a safe arrival into their world. To this day we've barely seen Kesamma lift a finger to do anything special for her pregnant daughter besides attempting to poison her mind against Prats. She is busy pouring toxins down Takurain's throat with her first agenda to be rid of Prats from the haveli so she could step up her game to get her agenda going. Little does she know that if Prats leaves so does Krishna and SS won't let anyone separate him from his Baba. Mera's meandering mind ponders "will SS be willing to leave his Takurain behind to her own devices to ensure his place in Baba's life if it comes to that?"
Krishna considers setting up a shop to sell readymade clothes or sweets but Prats vetos it. Krishna is in a hurry and doesn't want to waste any time idling away. Prats advisor ban jayeeeeeeeeeeee🥳 She give him sound advise to take his time to think things through well before moving forward, use SS's money wisely and venture into business in a field he understands. Krishna tells Prats all he cares about is her to which Prats responds "I know how much you love me and that you will never break my trust ever again. I trust you more than I trust myself and always will". Mera's meandering mind ponders again "Krishna and his buddies T/C could go into the MECHANICS bijnechl". They know how to tinker with bikes, generator and what not! Tunna and Chandu also have "Tame" to kill these days and are bored playing carom games.
Why does it sound like church music in the background as Prof. enters the Green House. Adarsh comes right behind him. Some significance here? After all these years Naina never learned the first thing about family life? She wants to tattle to Adarsh about the split kitchen as soon as he walks in the door? Why the urgency, to ensure she beat Komal to it with her version of the story?
Shamu asks Naina to serve Adarsh his meal with the rest of the family as well. Wait a New York minute! didn't he always share a meal with the family all these years? Why the sudden request? Oh wait! we see what's coming now. Komal gives Shamu a good talk down added a few hard punches to drive home the point that her husband is a human being. Are you sure Komal? At times he acts like a robot, expressionless and stiff. She reminds them her husband is not a pet for you to feed by your side. To ensure he's not insulted any further she has already split the kitchen in two. She wont' eat their food and they won't eat hers. Given Komal's love for food wonder how long this face off will last. What is the big deal about having two gas stoves side by side? I'll believe they have a duyi-duyi kitchen when there's a wall that runs through the kitchen.
Adarsh follows Komal to their room like a meek lamb, without uttering a word. Naina is shocked and drops with a thud (you didn't hear it bec' it's cushioned) on the couch😛. Why is her reaction always over the top? Her daughter fighting for her life and Adarsh not eating her cooking gets the same reaction? PHLEEEZE! Get a grip lady before you land yourself in a hospital due to dehyration.
Dadi whines and wonders why there's one trouble after another visiting them. You really wanna know? The answer is very simple! Just park yourselves in front of a mirror and viola there you have it👏. the causers of all the problems at Green House.
Stop blaming Komal for the split in the family you never imagined. You started the ball rolling so why are you all surprised? She is a Takur girl she's not going to take your abuse lying down for long, she'll give you as good as she gets if not more😛😆. If you hadn't behaved like ostriches with your head in the sand you would have seen this coming after the way you have been treating her since she entered the Green House over a year ago.
Krishna tells the family there is magic in Prats's hands making the food yummy and SS concurs. GD praises Prats's tasty cooking while criticizing Takurain's oily heavily spiced cooking. GD strikes again! Lallantop!⭐️ Kesar adds her praise of Prats's cooking adding that when she tried making it her dish didn't turn out as well as Prats's. Nice! Praises being piled on Prats with Krishna reinforcing that there is magic in Prats's fingers. The two women who have it in for Prats have no words of praise but let their actions speak for themselves, instead they both stuffed their faces.😛😆
Takurain mocks Prats's magic fingers. It brings a reproachful look from GD and a silent but reflective one from SS. Krishna excitedly starts talking about his business plans when SS diverts him with the suggestion to eat first. Mera thinks SS is being protective of Baba from the vultures at the table who disagree with his plans to go into business and make a living. Smart move SS! Krishna enjoys his meal ignoring his mother's caustic comment when suddenly .......BIJILI!😲🤓 An Idea! Krishna tells the family he wants to open a Food Dhabba. The family has very different responses.😃
Krishna has never done any work a day in his life. The first challenge is for him to work long hours every day of the week. Will it be a business open SAAT days😉😛 a week? When will he have time for his Babu😲? He is diving into the deep end of the pool without knowing how to swim yet. But with SS's support, his determination and commitment he can and WILL get it done.👍🏼👏😃
PREVIEW: Kesar is shocked to see the man who attempted to bury her alive lounging on her bed. KN explains he was forced by his sasuma to come and it wasn't his choice. Just then troublemaker Kesamma enters and tells Kesar she's going to be spending nights together with KN again. Kesar looks on at her mother in shock. Are we going to see an even stronger Kesar give her Kesamma a smackaroo across the face for sending the man who buried her alive to share her bed with her? It would be a well-deserved smack. She is meddling in everyone's lives at the moment doing everything but the reason for which SS brought her to this Niwas. Somehow ought to remind her not to bite the hand that feeds her. She is broke as it is, so it's sound advice. What kind of a mother doesn't value her daughter's life and wants her to shack up with the man who buried her alive? Will KN spare her baby this time for fear of SS? Will Kesar tell her mother to mind her business and toss the lounging Takur out of her room. She is sure to have SS's support if she does. He wants KN nowhere near Kesar in case he loses his cool and puts his potha's life on the line.
