Rashmi Desai and Nandish Sandhu secretly tied the knot in February after dating for a year. Two months later, they are still receiving blessings from relatives, well-wishers and some unexpected ones who landed at their doorstep!
A few days ago, Nandish was preparing to leave home for shooting when the doorbell rang. It was a trio of smiling eunuchs congratulating him on the shaadi. The bewildered Nandish welcomed them in and they showered him with duas, and insisted on meeting his bride. Since she wasn't at home, he was left with no other option but to drive them to the sets.
Upon reaching the location, they patiently waited outside Rashmi's vanity can, waiting for her to come out. When she did, they rushed towards her and started asking her for money. Stunned she gave them money and received their blessings.
They also clicked photographs with her and then left. Rashmi confirms, "I was not at all expecting anything like this. Nandish didn't inform me that he is getting them on my set. I was happy when they showered me with their blessings. The best part was when they said 'tere bte Dharmendar jaise ho and Sunny paa ji jaise ho'." Now, we can look forward to a Yamla Pagla Deewana 3 here!
