hey i dont understand this chaskameter rating so properly....last week it was 10 and now it is 9, so i thot it went up by level 1 but it shows +3 as though it is up by 3 points...i donno why it shows +3....

i remember this because i constantly keep hitting the chaskameter everyday...so i know how much it was last week...
