Episode starts off with Baa telling IMV that if Vaibhav takes "Pehre" than only with Sabina and not Devki. It's then, when the Pandit tells Vaibhav to fill Devki's Maang and Sabina watches this all with a sad expression. Vaibhav and Devki are married now and take the blessings of their elders. Triumphantly Virani looks at Baa, but Baa says to him, that for his own egoism he has no right to play with others life. This wedding is just a lie and she turns to Sabina, to tell her something, but Sabina has gone. Sabina runs out of the house, while she's crying, and makes a taxi stop, but Baa stops her, before she can leave. Baa asks her, if she has come so far just to leave and Sabina replies, she isn't leaving, she's just letting a part of her life behind. In the meantime, the family does some rasme after Vaiki marriage. Siddhart tells Sabina, she can't go, she loves Vaibhav, whereon Sabina simply says, that yes she does love him, but now Vaibhav and Devki have already taken Pehres and it's done.
When Sidhart questions Sabina by asking, if she hast once thought about, what Vaibhav is going through? Sabina asks him then, if he has thought about Devki? Does he want, that Devki's dreams and her wishes, which she has with this marriage, shatter? The bonding, Vaibhav and Devki have built with the Mangalsutra is stronger than everything else and no one has the right, to destroy this bond. She even tells Baa, that for a few minutes, she thought, Baa could reunit her with Vaibhav against Virani's will, but this didn't happen. And now she's sure, that it didn't happen, because not Baa's Ishwar but the Ishwar there, above, didn't want them to be together.
After Sabina leaves, Virani appears and takes the file with the documents about Sabina from Sidhart. Just then Charulata calls for Baa and Sidhart.
Dalichand comes to Viranis house, but a guard stops him from entering. He sits besides the other poor out of the house.
Vaibhav and Devki take Baas blessings and Baa reminds Devki, that now she doesn't stand behind Vaibhav, but along with him. In the meantime, they show a sad and crying Sabina, who thinks about all the happy moments with Vaibhav and then the wedding.
Devki and Vaibhav give meals to the poor, who are sitting out of their house and when she comes to Dalichand (she can't see his face), he refuses to take anything. A tear from him falls on Devki's hand and when Devki asks him, to take it, it does so and gives his blessings to her.
