A friend of Mine spoke to one of the lead actors in the show just today and he said that Mishal quit caus he wanted to and that no one forced him,he also said that Misdeal had received an offer for a Movie hence he chose to leave Laagi. Furthermore he said Mishal will not be coming back 😭

Who do we believe? some peoples sources has said that Mishal has not signed any movie and that he was forced to quit and now this.

dont believe anyone Till Mishal speaks up ... :) and he has not signed for any movie :) He is on vacations.. and have left it upon Colors to decide what they want or not :)

heard it from someone Who is More close to him then any of his Costars who are spreading baseless rumors abt him :-) .. AS no one till now is aware of What Next Step colors will Take .. :)

My dear Sam, I think the way the show was going the last three months, it is good MR chose to quit, maybe he was not happy with the storyline or he may have got a movie offer, whatever it is take it in the spirit he has left to do something better.

Personally I feel he has given his best for the show, had a wonderful journey and is now time to move on, sticking around with crappy storylines is also very disheartening for an actor! It is good he moved out at the right time!

MR won't come back thats for sure. Forced or not forced, these all are useless assumptions. Otherwise they would not have changed the Montage Pic so soon or they could have had only Nakku's Pic on the montage. Only a replacement for MR will come later as Dutta.

I am sure if you ask anyone else from LTL they'll give you the same story. If CV can pass out this fabricated news to media, won't they be lovingly ask the LTL team to utter the same else CV can axe them too.

no to be honest sumits replies almost give u some hope caus he always says I don't know or no idea. I swear he's just like his on screen character Sudershan CLUELESS

Right Sara. If he had signed a movie wouldn't we have known about it? Wouldn't Bollywood also make the annoucement about a Telly Star doing a film? Nothing is in the news right now.

@Sam: one more thing. changing the LTL montage is a way of getting back at us loyal and "obsessed" viewers by the channel. nothing more. they know pretty well that this would irk us no end. Channel just wants to prove its point and that's why there is no official statement from the channel regarding this mess. Also if they had guts and came out in the open about this in the first place they know they would have lost the viewership immediately. right now the channel is still indirectly reaping the benefits of MR's work by keeping Dutta's track open and bringing him back on demand if the going gets tough... they know it fully well what the consequences are going to be for removing Dutta/Mishal... they can't afford it. As for MR to come back as Dutta... then if the top show of the channel needs MR the shameless people will do anything to bring him back... even though we want Mishal back as Dutta, the channel still can not be excused for their attitude towards Mishal and hence I called the channel shameless...in the meantime MR deserves a break and he is getting one wantedly or unwantedly... but that's OK... let's wait and watch.

Really? Only a few days back he had posted something like it's Mishal's decision whether he wants to stay or not...
