even i think the same...daal mein kuch to kaala hai....

he has something on his sleeves....he knew that piya might go to the forest to check what have happened....from where abhay saved her....now piya has powers...he can forsee future as well as backsee the past....she might use her mental power to see the past what must have happended in the forest....

from the past...she will remember the whole thing...even sid being the vampire and abhay biting piya....abhay might have no strength to stop her power...but then he can distract her....and he knows piya weakness.....

so i am sure he told I Love You...just to distract piya so that she can't see the past visions....i am sure he have something on his sleeves....

that was a fast and not convinced I Love You...though i am happy as thats what i want to hear....but then i am not convinced at all....
