i just cant upload pic as my dp, how do i do it?

whenever i want to upload my fav pic as my dp, it show this message,

" please login to access this page "

now what is this? Can anyone help me, i would be thankful to him/her.

I guess you are using Chrome to update your DP , try using Firefox or Internet Explorer ! :)
