To all sandeep fans

Congratulations to u all. congrats to sandeep.

For me it will always be karunya who will be Indian Idol.

I understand your excitement and happiness, but atleast at this time I would have appreciated if sandeep's fans chose to celebrate their joy without letting down karunya. it is pathetic that some of sandeep's fans comment that ' a south-indian can never win any such titles'. a lot of south-indians too have voted for sandeep. i would not like to mention the contribution south-indians have made to each and every field, be it freedom struggle, science, politics, cinema. but i would definitely like to point out the contribution south-indians have made to music. M.S.Subbalakshmi, Balamurali krishna in the field of classical music. S.P.Balasubramaniam, Hariharan, Shankar Mahadevan and the supremo A.Rehman are all from south-india. people who enjoy their music so much every single day, and yet make such statements - i feel distressed that they still have not got over this south-north conflict. makes me wonder if they are true indians...

it is pathetic that they cannot celebrate their moment of glory in the honour of their contestant who they claim to be fans of, but spend this moment putting down someone else... i pity them.

i am sorry if i sound harsh, but i am hurt at this attitude - probabaly more than the hurt i feel that karunya didn't make it to the title.

i noe wat ur saying is true...no1 has the right the say that about south-indians....talent is talent....im actually shocked reading this....ppl can stoop so low... but i dont think it was the true sandy fans from this forum....maybe sum outsiders who come her to create problems...but im styl pretty shocked to hear this....i didnt see any posts....where was this?

but itz not onli sandy fans who are putting down karunya...karu fans are also putting down sandy....its not right from both sides...
