But such things are going on in Goa. I am from Goa & I know the true scenario over here. And over here the ministers themselves are soo corrupt & Drugs, smuggling isnt a new thing but a real dark side of goa. And the minister named in the article i.e Francisco Pacheco himself was involved in criminal activities, he has rape charges against him and recently he was arrested for his connection in Nadia torradoes death case, & therefore he lost he's tourism ministers post.
