Charulata shows Vaibhav the news paper, which has written about Sabina, to which Vaibhav just says, that he has already read it. His mother can't understand, that, if Sabina has told Vaibhav, that she won't marry him, why Vaibhav is sitting and waiting for her. Vaibhav refuses this statement, saying he's sitting, because he has no wishes to stand up and walk. Now, Charulata tries to explain to him, that he needs someone, who'll fill this emptiness in his inside and it will be only possible for Devki. Vaibhav knows, that Devki for sure will fill his emptiness by giving him everything he need, but what will he give her? What does he have besides the ache of his heart? The one he can't get, he loves and the one he can get, he can't love.
Devki enters her office, just to find the police closing every door in there etc... Some lawyers tell her, that BB has withdrawn too much money and they'll auction everything in the office, unless Devki manages to collect 200 crore rupees in two hours. Then they'll give her some time to pay back the whole money. While the lawyer gives Devki ten minutes to leave the office and Devki tries to find a solution for that problem, IMV enters and tells her to go home, he'll handle the situation. Virani calls up Vaibhav in front of Devki, asking him to transfer the needed money to Bha's account, because their factory has gone bankrupt. After this, IMV tells Devki to leave, because she has to pick up BB from the airport, and also wants her to not tell anything to BB.
When Devki and BB are driving home, BB gives chocolate to Devki, her favourite ones, and wonders, if something isn't all right, because otherwise she would have already opened the chocolates and eaten some. Devki negates this and gives chocolates to BB. Now BB wants to call IMV firstly, when they arrive home, to fix the date of the wedding, to which Devki gets startled, but doesn't say anything. On the streets, a boy sales news papers with the headlines of BB's company going bankrupt, what BB comes to read and gets an asthma attack.
At home, a doctor checks on BB in the presence of Charulata, Baa, Motilal, Devki and Vaibhav and recommends, that they shouldn't speak of something, which could harm BB, in front of him, nor about the bankrupt. Later on, Virani appears and gives Devki the keys of the company, telling her, that it the seal didn't take place. When Charulata asks her to stay for night, she refuses and then Vaibhav says, if she needs anything, she shouldn't hesitate to call tell him, as friends, he'll send the medicine.
Later, BB says, how much Devki must love him, that she didn't say a single word about the company to him and also, that he's happy, that at least her engagement was done. When Devki is ready to leave, BB has a request to her, she shall give him one last happiness in his life by marrying Vaibhav.
Devki gets confused on what to do now, thinking about Vaibhav's revelation on Holy and BB's wish.
On the next day, Devki visits Vaibhav in his office. Firstly she thanks him and his whole family for helping and supporting her in her bad days. Vaibhav tells her, that she can always appeal on him as a friend and Devki replies, that now she need his help as a friend again. She wants to marry him...
