Art is supposed to reflect life. and tell me in real life do we have perfect heroes. we only have flawed chrs. come on guys why are u looking only fairy tale romance where heroine is a beautiful virtuous princess and the hero is the brave undefeatable prince rushing to save his princess.
geet has always been different. she was shown as unmarried pregnant girl fighting for survival. i am happy cvs are much more mature than us.

Wow priya that was so beautifully written....U have hit the nail on the head....all this talk I have been reading since yesterday's episode about Dev becoming hero and Maan the Villain was getting too much...was just about to get off the forum when I read ur post.....I too thought that MSK has acted like an egoistical fool since the MC happened...no doubt his thoughts are always to protect Geet..even when he saw that she had forgiven Dev he did not think bad about her ...but just thought that Dev is trying his usual tactics to act bad and separate them.....but we must also agree that his choice of words was very hurtful...any self-respecting woman/girl would not take these words so easily..they were very offensive..agreed he said them in anger...but then even in anger why should he let his tongue run away with such words? We are always taught the saying ...."words once spoken and eggs once broken are impossible to mend"....but how many of us follow that maxim? As for dadi not telling MSK...just imagine whether MSK in that foul mood would have listened to that "bechari abla nari"....only ZDev who has nothing to lose can confront the lion MSK...he has gotten so used to being scolded, slapped and maligned by his elder bro that now there is nothing left for him to be afraid of........also this may definitely be the CVs way to end the past Dev-Geet-Maan track and move forward...so instead of cursing them lets thank them that they could be ending that track and look forward to some good interesting and lively tracks in the future...instead of the same "rona-dhona" tracks......

Since we lived for a year with the pain of what Geet was going through, its not easily digestible forgiving Dev so easily within few days. At least CVs could have shown us Geet succeeded in punishing such a social evil.
You are talking about Dev is the right person to speak to Maan. Dev is a person who not only cheated Geet and her family and also his wife Naintara. If you see, Naintara did all the wrong things becoz of Dev. Where is standing, he talks about he never got true love. If he is not a true person, how can he get something true. If he was a gentleman he could have shown Naintara right direction. He is a spoiled kid, he was already given a chance to improve his behaviour by Maan by settling his debts and caring for him. MY POV is Cvs should not have used such person to advice our man of principals. If they had to use Dadi, it would have been much much better. As we have seen he was listening to only Dadi before marriage & he is ready to do anything for Dadi. After Dev confronted Maan, CVs are putting down Maan character. I am not bashing any character here. I will be happy if they close Dev-Geet past track and start new story. But I doubt that happens. I am scared one day they show Dev as a lead.
