Help identify the movie stars

Please help!!!! I saw a movie being filmed in Goa and this actor and actress were the stars, it was being filmed in 2006 and it was a comedy. Can anyone identify these people or the name of the movie they were in? He said that he was a music rapper before and she was young and said she was an athlete and beauty queen winner before. If you know who they are or the movie they were in together please help!!
