Aakashi is distraught that Prem is leaving the family. She wants to help Purva in some way. Gomti tells her to pray for Purva. The Sanghvi family gets ready to bid farewell to Prem. They buy cake and hang up balloons. Everyone is startled to learn that Puchki is still alive and that Aakashi saw her in the market. The family tries to elicit more information from Aakashi about Puchki's whereabouts. Purva hopes fervently that Puchki is alive and that Prem does not have to leave.
