I don't know he born in India or not but he brought up in India so he is fluent in Hindi

meiyang was born in India (dhanbad, jharkand) to chinese family. so he is fluent in hindi

more trivia abt chang:

my home town is dhanbad too...😊...his family hs been living thr fr many years..they also own a beauty parlor there called 'chang beauty parlor' n its kinda famous...my relatives keep going there ...😃
