Shifting loyalties can often land you into trouble, more so if it involves big players and Mona Singh should've realised that. She became the face of the channel post-Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin.

After her victory in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, the channel signed her on to host almost all their reality shows including the following seasons of Jhalak. Her co-hosts changed, but Mona was a constant.

Now she has committed to hosting a wedding reality show on a rival channel, and this has infuriated the former. Its officials have apparently voiced their displeasure and if things don't get sorted out, they might even slap a legal notice on her.

"Mona has been a loyalist, so her decision to host a show on another channel shocked them. Probably, they have something in store for her. We are hoping that the channel and the actress iron out their differences and things stop right here," states our khabroo. Mona remained unavailable for comment.

well mona did NOT host jdj3!!!.... THE ONE AND ONLY SHWETA TIWARI DID! ❤️ i liked ST better but im really biased!.... i find mona annoying and manly sometimes! 😆

if mona broke the contract then she should be sued but if sony is just being dumb then they should just leave her alone! idk y she would do that stupid shaadi show on the worst channel imagine in the first place!🤢

She left Sony and went to another channel and sony did not like that. Oh well, now SET may understand how we viewers feel when our favorite shows are axed a t the drop of a hat.

just like how Sony, didn't like Salman Khan being in DID for special episodes, and hence their fall out with Salman Khan,. and they needed another popular face to cover the TRP's hence, Amitabh and Madhuri steps in. But TRP's sores, and they try to do same now and then, but they couldn't. Madhuri, didn't attend any other Award Function, but just Filmfare and Stardust. why wasn't she there for Apsara, and Screen, because they were in Rival Channels to SonY.

It's called profession. Mona is a professional. Sony should not be bothered about what Mona does outside. I do believe Sony being Sony, would not mind Mona hosting any show on any other channel as long as she fulfills her commitments with Sony. I call this article an attempt to gain some eyeballs by an apparently dying newspaper.

So far as I know, Mona's contract with Sony ended way back in 2008. After that she has acted, participated in and even judged shows on Imagine, Colors, Star Plus and Star One. So why should they suddenly have a problem? This seems to be one of the innumerable silly rumours floating around JDJ.

I agree, you are really biased. Please refrain from passing comments like "manly" about any celeb...you find her annoying, that is your POV and no one will challenge it. But, I hope you are aware that Sony was after Mona's life to anchor JDJ3 even when Shweta had been signed on, they wanted to replace Shweta midway just like they replaced that other guy with Rohit, and it was because Mona's dates were booked for 3 idiots that she could not agree.
