Yes, DID idea is conceived from SYTYCD show in the US.. Only that they changed the three judges into mentors so that the competition spirits would be up for the viewers and the masters.. In SYTYCD show, two judges are permanent and one judge will be a choreographer who wouldnt have choreographed in that particular episode but would be a choreographer for the SYTYCD show..

I like the SYTYCD format better so that the dancers get a chance to work under almost all the choreographers on the show, and there is no competition between the choreographers as they dont own any team of dancers! I wish they had the same strategy for DID..

actually going by your egypt logic, if one doesn't like dada, they should overthrow the show and get a new GM. that's what egypt did.

It's like SRK's new show 'Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout' is NOT stolen or copied, the rights have been bought from the original version that is broadcast in the UK called 'Total Wipeout' and airs on BBC. The same goes for shows like Bigg Boss, JDJ, Indian Idol and more.
If they were 'stolen' from foreign shows then the makers of the show would have been sued a long long time ago.

May be you didn't read my comment carefully. Read it first. I never DID is stolen from DBD. It based on the concept of DBD.
