The Indian Idol grand finale on April 22 will be a special occasion for more than one reason. Not only has Kajol consented to be the special judge on the show, but composers Jatin-Lalit will be getting together for the last time to train the two finalists Sandeep and Karunya to sing the popular qawwalli 'Subhan Allah' from the forthcoming film Fanaa. After Fanaa the brothers are going to go their separate ways.
Kajol who will make a rare appearance at the grand finals will evaluate the two finalists' performance.
Karunya and Sandeep who will sing 'Subhan allah' will be joined by the twelve Indian Idol finalists for a special performance. Isha Koppiker will join the two finalists for a song and dance.
The other highlight will be Alisha Chinai, rendering her song 'Kajra re'.
