My take on Tumhari Disha - 1st June '05

Everytime after seeing a drag episode I decide that I will skip the take. Then I think ok let me at least write something (as mink, samy, gulabo says it has become a habit for me as well) but keep it short. And everytime it goes out of hand (lengthy that is). Let me see what I end up doing this time.

Firstly thanks jingle for updating us. Do i need to repeat myself ? looks like the Guhas are buying for time before the cameos (and so filler episodes). My guess is they want to end the week with a surprise. (say 2morrow it may end up with Kareena advising Dish not to get married to Ved and the episode ends on Dish's confused face).

Coming back, there were a few good omens and bad foreboding for viewers yesterday. Starting with bad...it was 2 vaadas this time...both DK and Dish promising their respective mums to keep Pori/Ved happy..and the latter two are more of daughter/son rather than DIL/SIL it seems for the ignorant mums....(OMG). But what I liked was they just say promise and not take names.so we can always say that they thot of each other while making the promise (nothing of that sort was shown. But my wishful thinking). The good omen (though mentioned as bad omen by Sum) was the lamps falling down. At least the gods don't want this marriage. Sum wake up and get the hint. I was kind of comparing this scene with 'K' serial. In that any bad omen is shown as wind blowing, lamp light flickering and finally getting extinguished (if any of you have watched KGGK which comes on Star Plus at 10 PM IST Mon-Thu u can see this numerous times)...But here there was no wind blowing (that is only for romantic scenes in TD. Remember the bedroom scene 1) and suddenly the whole lamp falls down. but in Dish's place the light was still burning !!!! Both mums describe the sanctity of marriage and agni. Ok Sum is ignorant that DK married Dish according to rites. But then I think that all this will surely make DK think twice before he decides to tke the plunge with Pori. and Dish the traditional that she is it would be mightify difficult to let go of a man as she married him with agni as witness (agnisakshi) and also she now loves him.

Ved is living in his own world. How could he even think that DIsh loves him. Seriously i guess in love people make assumptions to suit them. Can't think of any other explanation. But I still trust Ved. Am sure he will bounce back (to reality) soon.

The makers of TD seem to give an excuse everyday as to why DK is not telling the truth to Sum. Day before yesterday he notices the medicines and hence does not tell Sum even when he was drunk. Yesterday the dumb doctor (and am sorry for calling him so) reminds DK that he needs to keep his mum happy. But am not aware if any doc would very bluntly say that the disease is incurable. Usually they put it across more gently rite !!!??

Acting wise nothing spectacular. TD is treading the mundane path now and does not have any scenes worth mentioning as such. As of now except for azuba and Gautham (for remembering Rano and bringing her after asking the doc) no one looks sensible to me. Looking forward to see the cameo by Kareena aka Kulraj today. Let us see if she is able to bring some sense (as of now to start with Dish to stop her tyaag ki murti stuff).

I have a feeling that if Dish meets DK and once again tells him DK wud surely do something to stop his marriage. He is procrastinating and in case Dish meets him he will get the necessary impetus to plan something.

and I agree with Mink that no one seems to be taking abt divorce before marriage. But then how abt this explanation. Maybe the contract said that after 6 months the marriage automatically becomes null and void and maybe they signed divorce papers as well before the actual marriage. But looking at from any angle the marriage is def not finished as with the little knowledge that I have the papers need to be filed in court and even for mutual consent they need to be separated for a year (jingle would be more aware of law points). and i forget everytime....logic and sense is not present in the dictionary of Guhas (at least for now). Hopefully they will come up with some explanation sometime later (like what happ with the bangles and the ring).

QUESTIONS

• When do u think that the marriage day will approach ? (serial wise, next week or the week after that ??!!)
• Which is the twist which will bring Vijayendra back ? (news provided by spark here.). Do you think that it is not possible ?
• Will Inder continue to avoid Rano ?
• Will Dish follow the advise given by Kareena ?
• In case Sum comes to know abt the truth as mentioned by spark here then what will will be the future of TD ? Once again do u think that the storyline of TD would not be as mentioned.

Generally what u say turns out to be true (as mink, jingle replied to ur post and also memsaab and mink's khabris report.arre mink is ur khabri the e-dulha of gulabo?) samy74 i hope that u r more hopeful of the happenings now and will not sound sad in ur replies to the episode related posts. Chalo hum sab abhi khushiyan manayen apne pyaari behna gulabo ki eshaadi here ka (for the angrez i was just calling all of u to celebrate the marriage of our esis gulabo's emarriage.)

I think Disha will still go ahead with the wedding even though Kareena will try to talk her out of it. But since Disha is such an obeying daughter she won't be able to say no unless someone else says it for her, maybe Ved 😡 or DK 😭 The only way this wedding will stop is if DK comes there and tells Disha everything possibly leading to the shooting scene.

Vijendra will come back (hopefully) just in time to save Disha after she shoots Inder. I really believe that she will shoot Inder cuz that will add oil to fire of Suhas's sautelapan and Rano finding out about Disha & Inder's past. The bunder is not going to change & start taking care of Rano anytime soon.. btw I wonder if Inder is leaving the show 😕

As far as divorce is concerned, I still believe that they need to sign the divorce papers regardless of what the contract terms were. Hopefully, Jingle or someone else can shed some light on this matter for us and esp. for the GUHAS

Ved mentions 2 dish that every1 in his life has cheated including dk...surely he realises now that dk did not know who Pori was & it was all her chaal..........now when is ved going 2 wake up & smell the coffee........especially when it comes 2 him thinking dish luvs him..........a/w swathi i agree i think he will be instrumental in getting the 2 D's back 2gether............

• i think the marriage day will take place next week..........i don't think it would drag on 4 more than that..........
• i think perhaps the shooting incident may bring him back???don't really know about this 1..........
• gosh when it comes 2 indy i don't know if he will ever do anything right.........yes i don't see him 4getting about dish anytime soon so i guess he will try 2 avoid rano

All I can say for Sum is ........tussi great ho! (u r a genius!). Suhas, best ex of a step mom! I wonder why can't they show good & understanding moms!!

Last week we watched the hospital epi & Sum takig Pori as her Bahu!! I tell u that was completely ridiculous! Disha was really good & her emotions looked genuine!! Dk & his mom....................GWARD! Atrocious!!! Bad omens will be used positively but the whole thing looks so forced...... This twist Guhas could not pull through! They got stung by the sting but still went on that path!!

DK, who can never stand up to his mom & say, I'm already married! This jackfruit has become a jello. He can only look up at the sky & morn Dishaaaaaaaaaaaaa ILU. Dk has become a tea pot from weep-o-rama!
He can only bellow then seeing his mom, has to swallow his anger lol how wonderful!!

I don't blame Vedant that much he is young lad with raging thirst!! Disha should have nibbed him in the bud! Dost ho chalo hubby ban jayo!! lol

Hopefully next week we'll see the story move forward!! I see the wedding at the end of next week!

Swathi thanks for the take it is a adat for me to like everyone else and i normally read and reply to it when i first log in so thanks again. I have been in a sober ,ood becuase TD really as been depressing but all sorts of rumors have been flying around about the direction story will be taking and alot of you have confirmed what Spark says normally is right i am still banking on and am hopeful these weddings won't happen.

Yesterday ep well for the first time i browsed through the update and didn't read it the second time TD has been a real drag. Well at this point Mink i agree DK is like an overflowing teapot and the helplessness they have shown is the lowest point for me as even when Gargi was using DK he could still stand up but becuase of his mother he can't say much.

I liked Ved but recently he has been so self centered and wihtout much care about the brother who he once forgave and Dk is the one who gave Kanka to him can't he see Dk's changed but i guess love is blind and he is can't see through all this as he is too happy that he os getting married to his brothers wife who incidently is not even divorced..here😡

Suhas i was never too sure about her what she is upto..I think she still doesn't understand disha and her father was the only person who realyl understood disha's true happiness and knew his daughter well but in Suhas's case no i think she only thinks about Rano at times and can be very selfish when it comes to Rano.

I think next week wil see the marriages but towards the end and the major twist too.

I do believe that anything is possible in hindi dramas and this coul dbe the major twist or maybe Dk will marry disha or Dk might get hurt and have a make over not sure.

• Will Inder continue to avoid Rano ?

Bunder kabhi bhi nahi theek hote..I think he will continue like this until someone brings him back to earth and i guess it might be disha.

• Will Dish follow the advise given by Kareena ?

I think she will realise but will never go against Suhas as she respects her too much.

• In case Sum comes to know abt the truth as mentioned by spark here then what will will be the future of TD ? Once again do u think that the storyline of TD would not be as mentioned.

As everyone has said that Sparks news has been right in the past so i believe that might happens and marriages stop..

I think gone on a little but will stop now and hope that TD is better soon as i feel better speaking to everyone on the forum and E-shadi is really cheering me up!

thanks swathi, mamta, jingle and all. i am confused now about TD 😳since I was not able to see the episodes nor was able to read the updates properly the whole week 😳 just read it in bits and pieces and was glued to watching KYPH throughout since it is absolutely rocking at the moment.👏 but I am sure it will also bite the dust very soon like all serials.

inder is on his way to destroy his entire life ... he already neglects rano and dreams about a life with sali .... i guess somewhen next week when hopefully the wedding takes place , inder will creat a big scene and make that shaaadi stop ....since disha is to obidient and wont refuse to marry vedant even when she gets to know the truth ... akir dost ki hai to nibana bi paregi.....

i guess vijendra will appear after all these shaadi twists .... somehow i feel that he wont accept dk as his SIL and create more probs....maybe he wil become the male sumi maa....

hope we get to see some good epis next week .... cant stand this shaadi dragging any more....its getting to loooong🤢

1) Mabey next week but i have a feeling that after Guha has read all our views she won't let the wedding happen all i can say is she betta not!

2) Mabey Disha will see him one day while she is walking or so in a nearby house mabey he has lost all his memory and the ppl in the house have treated him well and gave him sons darja cause they found him lying in a car half dead half alive and now he is fit and find but doesn't know suhasni or disha! Well anything is really possible as samy said but loosing your memory is a common thing in serials. Mabey the person who has their postmortem after dying was just the driver or someone else was sittin in the car who they mistook to be vijendra and he was still alive all this time. To be honest anything is possible in any way as TD is just a serial.

3) The bunder why is he so stupid he is neva gonna get disha with that ugly bunder face no offence even a bunder looks betta then him. Its simple as Disha will neva be his so he should stop trying. As for Rano i hope she founds out about the bunder and gives him a tight slap so he can remember that all his life and tread on the right path. I think after the kid comes he will forget Disha and stay wid Rano with a bunder and Rano happily ever after story!

4) She can't she has all these kasme on her head and all the force and pressure given her parents as well as her ego and Vedants love so can't say much if kareena helps free all of the above then mabey kareena is quite a good adviser so mabey Disha will gain some sense by listening to what has to say and following it. My final and last hope is Kareena

5) Sum will neva let vedant marry disha then she will try to do anything for her son and try to get Disha back for him afterall disha is his life. Dk is being nice left all his ego behind but disha she will nevba leave her ego
