Hey everyone!! My name is Sonu and I've read my FF's on here and I've been wanting to write a story of my own since forever. This one will be a typical love story or AR but it'll be unique in it's own way. It's intended to be a short story, thought I'm not sure how many parts it will have or anything like that. All I know is that I will only continue to write this if I get enough comments. Also feel free to criticize in any which way. This is my first so I hope you all like it and please ignore any mistakes. (If there is something you would like to happen in this story in particular I am open to any ideas.)

Oblivious To love
Love stories are in a way are very common, but there are some that differ greatly. This one is similar yet unique in its own way. It's about a girl who moved to America when she was in 5th grade, Riddhima. At that time she didn't have any opinions of her own. She did things without having any choice or caring about what happened around her. However, she did have a hard time with the new culture that was surrounding her but since she was still young, she easily adopted to the new environment.
After few years of living in America, her dad passed away leaving her mother to tend to her and her siblings: two older sisters Anjali and Muskaan, respectively. Riddhima wasn't directly affected to this incident at the time but little did she know that this would be the most tragic moment in her life that would shape her future. After her fathers death Anjali, the oldest sister, took charge of the family along with her mother to tend to the family needs. Extended family members were trying to tell Padma and her family that she should move alongside with them to a different state so they can help when necessary. People were coming from far and giving advises to a point where it was almost too overwhelming. Padma was always nice with them and they took full advantage of this. Anjali was also like this, she wasn't able to give them direct answers. They even got to a point where they started constantly reminding her that she is a widow. She shouldn't wear such ornaments and can't go to places freely, can't do this can't do that. It was a constant struggle to fight them off. Riddhima was young and not a lot of people would let her speak in front of adults so she became the observant of all these situations. This caused her to become a rebellion. After couple more years she had enough of this nonsense and started standing up for her family. She would answer to them in a mean way but at least that started to shut them up completely. People started calling her rude, disobedient, cold hearted, bad mouthing, etc. She did not heed to these words and did things to support her family in any which way it could. This caused her to build a wall around her and keep her feelings to herself so she doesn't trouble her mother or her sisters. Years passed and things started to get better extended family members were backing off from the family knowing that Riddhima would say something and embarrass them in front of other people. Her two older sisters were now happily married. Anjali married Atul and Muskaan married Rahul. Her older sister had a son, Rishi, and a daughter, Dia. It was now the time for her to start considering the topic of marriage.
Like every girl, Riddhima also had her dreams for her price charming that she hoped would come along soon. She also hoped that he would recognize her for who she truly is and not see the exterior walls that she has built up around her, but that would be too much to ask for in a guy at this point she had given up hope. She had liked Vivek but he had just hurt her and moved on and a similar thing had happened when she liked Abhi. Now she wasn't looking for any guys and just wanted to live her alongside her mom, work, and help her sisters in any which way.
Little did she know that Vivek and Abhi were not her real prince charming, her true prince charming Armaan was yet to be noticed by her.
Eagerly Waiting for your replies!
