Smriti is explained the terms and conditions of her new job, and signs the contract. She is stunned to see Jay in the office and questions him. Smriti is shocked when Jay tells her that it is his company. Smriti refuses to work with Jay. The receptionist tells Smriti that she has already signed the contract, and cannot leave the job without a one-month notice. The kidnapper enters Prem's nursery where Puchki and Purva are playing, on the pretext of asking for some water. He is just about to kidnap Puchki when he is interrupted by Aakashi. Aakashi seeks Purva's blessings for her new job. Purva is stunned, but Aakashi convinces her about her job.Purva and Puchki play hide and seek. Puchki goes to the kitchen and asks the kidnapper for a good place to hide. The kidnapper gives Puchki a chocolate and asks her to hide in his big sack. Purva looks for Puchki. The kidnapper ties the sack, and pretends to continue working in the kitchen. The kidnapper is angry when Puchki suddenly emerges out of the sack and surprises Purva. He makes an excuse for the chocolate that he gave Puchki. The kidnapper informs Purva that the tap has been repaired, and leaves. Kamini and Purva are stunned to see smoke coming out of the kitchen. They are shocked to see that someone has set a fire using some waste papers, and put it out. Purva and Kamini are worried to see Puchki missing when they leave the kitchen. Purva is worried when Puchki is nowhere to be found. Purva is shocked when the original plumber arrives home to repair the leak. She learns that the plumber who came home earlier was a fake. Purva finds a bracelet belonging to the fake plumber in the kitchen. Purva shares with Kamini her worry that the fake plumber abducted Puchki.
