Awesome post!!! I had been quite disappointed with Shaan's character potrayal for sometime, for the same reasons that you have very nicely elaborated!!! I was tired of seeing the childish, irresponsible person with occassional rare glimses of the person I'd like to see!! But looks like he's back with a bang...and hope he sticks around!!:)

you know what mani. i think the truly proper handling of this track is yet to be seen. i realize that it is because of KT's vacation last weekend and YM's this weekend, but in order for RBO to truly become GOLDEN again, the episodes must have at least 15 mins of shanak. no not romantic shanak necessarily. but shanak but for at least half the airtime, together. don't get me wrong. i loved the khanak anand scenes when KT was absent last week and i am loving the shaan mangal sarpanch scenes now that YM was unavailable. but like i said, now that both yasharan are back, i would like to see both of them together mostly. if that doesn't define golden RBO, i don't know what does 😃

I can only some up my thoughts in these two lines......We'll always love Shaan....But we love Shantanu Khandelwal, just a little bit more.....
