i knowwwwww😃.......hell, i sleep for 8 hours(catching up all the sleep that is pending)... and yet am so lethargic in the mornings when i get up to hit the gym🤢🤢...well. perhaps i wouldnt be complaining if i have to go to see my boyfriend😉...errm, actually NO, i do get up in the mornings regularly and work outbut that is more due to personal interest and les say a basic liking to exercise and not because I have to lose weight as i am in a feild where looks and body matters the most😕
