i hv learnt from this show is as follows-
first of all before the launch of mkap i used to hate ladies,i used to think tha ladies r little backwards to a men in earnings, respect etc,but when i saw mkap i started to respect women more than a men,nd another thing when i saw kesar for the first time,i used to hate her as she was black in colour nd then when i continously used to watch this show i came to knw that ladies beutifulness nt only come due to her face, figure etc but also her nature, respect for the elders nd her goodness,so thanx mkap for teaching me several lessons or basics for my life

Mainly this show highlights the negative attitude towards women that still exists.
men commit bigamy cos they think its their right, especially in rural areas where they think they're above the law and it doesn't apply to them.
The way a lot of women who can't have kids get treated like 2nd class citizens.
how a woman's judged by her skin colour and beauty rather than what's in her mind/heart.
how domestic abuse exists but isn't tackled.
how even educated ppl are so narrow minded.
I could go on, but we have to remember that there are lots of problems worldwide rather than just in india, and we have a long way to go in tackling them.
